réflexions au sujet de la location

Commentaire tardif (semaine du 10 au 17/7/24) parce que nous espĂ©rions encore toujours une rĂ©ponse Ă  nos nombreux messages et appels aux propriĂ©taires. « Forfait mĂ©nage de 200€ facturĂ© Ă  la rĂ©servation, somme remboursĂ©e si la maison est rendue dans un Ă©tat satisfaisant » Nous avons rendu la maison propre mais nous n’avons pas rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© d’argent 
 pas mĂȘme l’ombre d’une explication ! Pourtant je suppose qu’il doit y en avoir une. Quelques dĂ©tails que je n’aurais jamais fait remarquer si le contact avait Ă©tĂ© maintenu : impossible Ă  un homme adulte de se tenir droit dans la douche du 1er, le pommeau ne tient pas dans la barre de douche, 8 couteaux et fourchettes pour 6, chat (trĂšs amitieux au demeurant) supposĂ© rester dans la vĂ©randa mais qui va se coucher sur les oreillers dans les chambres et qui miaule dĂšs l’aube pour entrer dans la maison. PropriĂ©taires avenants Ă  l’arrivĂ©e : « nous habitons tout prĂšs, n’hĂ©sitez pas Ă  nous appeler ». Hotte dĂ©fectueuse dĂšs le 1er soir mais Ă  notre appel : « pas grave nous verrons Ă  votre dĂ©part » du coup quand la clim a coulĂ© nous nous sommes dĂ©brouillĂ©s et avons mis des rĂ©cipients pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer l’eau. Cela fait 20 ans que nous louons des maisons en famille et c’est la 1Ăšre fois que nous Ă©crivons un avis plus que mitigĂ© 
 dommage et surtout pas trĂšs correct de la part des propriĂ©taires de nous nier de la sorte !

Peaceful holiday

The house is lovely, in a nice quiet area. Delphine and Eric were extremely nice and could not have been more helpful. An excellent relaxing week!
