réflexions au sujet de la location

Commentaire tardif (semaine du 10 au 17/7/24) parce que nous espérions encore toujours une réponse à nos nombreux messages et appels aux propriétaires. « Forfait ménage de 200€ facturé à la réservation, somme remboursée si la maison est rendue dans un état satisfaisant » Nous avons rendu la maison propre mais nous n’avons pas récupéré d’argent … pas même l’ombre d’une explication ! Pourtant je suppose qu’il doit y en avoir une. Quelques détails que je n’aurais jamais fait remarquer si le contact avait été maintenu : impossible à un homme adulte de se tenir droit dans la douche du 1er, le pommeau ne tient pas dans la barre de douche, 8 couteaux et fourchettes pour 6, chat (très amitieux au demeurant) supposé rester dans la véranda mais qui va se coucher sur les oreillers dans les chambres et qui miaule dès l’aube pour entrer dans la maison. Propriétaires avenants à l’arrivée : « nous habitons tout près, n’hésitez pas à nous appeler ». Hotte défectueuse dès le 1er soir mais à notre appel : « pas grave nous verrons à votre départ » du coup quand la clim a coulé nous nous sommes débrouillés et avons mis des récipients pour récupérer l’eau. Cela fait 20 ans que nous louons des maisons en famille et c’est la 1ère fois que nous écrivons un avis plus que mitigé … dommage et surtout pas très correct de la part des propriétaires de nous nier de la sorte !
