Being only minutes away from popular hotspots such as Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach! The comfortable living room offers new, plush furnishings adjacent to a well set dining room overlooking an outdoor patio. While the gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, Moen fixtures, and European style cabinetry.
Conveniently located on the first floor is a powder room and laundry room. The second floor holds all three bedrooms. Directly beside one another are the two guest bedrooms that feature a twin over full bunk bed and queen-size bed with a shared bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The master suite features a king-size bed and private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature Moen fixtures, and raised height vanities.

Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses*! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence.
- Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. This access has a small parking area at the access (~$3-$5 for parking) and bathrooms, but the walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed & beach service is not available at this location.
- Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are also available at this access.
*Note: Prominence homes access the beach via South Walton public beach access points. Most guests typically use the Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public access points. Prominence homes do not offer direct beach access through the Watersound Club, nor do they provide access to the private Watersound Club facilities.
Parking in Prominence (North and South):
- North Prominence Triplex (A, B, C) Unit Parking: Parking is only allowed in the garage (if available) and/or the driveway of the unit being rented. Parking in unassigned driveways is prohibited and may result in towing or fines. No street parking or overflow parking is permitted in Prominence North. Additional parking is available at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub).
- South Prominence Parking: Parking is available in the driveway or garage of the home (if available). Street parking is allowed, but additional parking in the gravel spots on Pleasant and Clipper streets is first-come, first-served.
Pool Parking: No overnight parking is allowed at the pool area.
Trailer/Boat Parking: There is no trailer parking available.
Golf Cart/LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) Rentals in Prominence: If your property does not come with a golf cart, you are only permitted to rent one through 30A Gulf Carts. Prominence strictly allows the rental of street-legal golf carts for guest use through this provider only. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the Prominence HOA.

The house very clean and nice but the customer service terrible. We had one week without tv and Internet because no one was able to fix the problem. Since the first day we sent an email with the issue.

Our stay was incredible! Roomy and beautiful! The golf cart was a must! Even when it broke down, they sent someone to help the next day to fix the cart. Beautiful pool and location!
We absolutely loved our stay. The unit was beautifully decorated, plenty of linens, comfortable furniture and beds. The golf cart is pretty slow, so we didn't use it as much as we wanted due to it not being able to go the speed limit. This complex is located across the road from The Hub, which had great options for food, entertainment, and some shops. We would definitely stay here again.
This is at a wonderful location, with so many eating options right across the street. However, our favorite was Bruno's pizza just a little west of the property. All appliances worked great, the bikes were used daily. However, in the picture it shows a golf cart, and there is NO golf cart. Might need to update the photos.
Most people would not notice, but the flooring on the main level was EXTREMELY dirty, if you did not wear socks/shoes your feet would be dirty!
We had a couple of high wind days, so the beach was not an option. The pool was VERY crowded, you need to bring the beach chairs with you to have a place to sit. The gym is very minimal, so you have to be creative for a good workout. The pool and the gym, obviously have nothing to do with the owners of the rental, just a feed back for The Prominence association. Can't wait to return to 30A in the near future.

This review aims to provide an honest account of our recent experience. First and foremost, it is important to address the misinformation provided by the management company regarding the property's location. We were led to believe that a beach was within walking distance; however, upon our arrival, we discovered that it was nearly five miles away from the home. Having vacationed along 30A for the past three years, we found this location to be the least favorable. Upon entering the property, we encountered some significant cleanliness issues. Notably, there was trash in the garage that had not been disposed of properly and contained maggots. Despite our prompt notification to the management team, it took two days for them to address the issue. The presence of gnats suggested that the trash had been left unattended for an extended period, which was quite unpleasant.While the interior of the home was generally clean, we did find the floors to be in need of attention. On a positive note, the property featured some appealing upgrades and was well-stocked with towels and cooking equipment in the kitchen. The location of the Big Chill was a nice aspect, providing convenient access to nearby amenities.However, the outdoor space left much to be desired. The patio or deck was not functional, and while the backyard offered a serene view of a wooded area, it was a significant disappointment given our expectations.In summary, while the home had its merits, our overall experience w

This home has beautiful decor, an excellent use of the space, and is very close to the big chill! No where in the marketing does it suggest that this home is walking distance to the beach. However, there are plenty of nearby beach access points for guests to enjoy! This home has 2 trash days every week, so there is no reason to have any trash issues at this home. This home is cleaned by a cleaning crew that has held very high standards for over 10 years with our company, and this property, and is ready for all guests to have a wonderful beach vacations in a cozy and comfortable, recently upgraded property!
We enjoyed our stay at this clean, beautiful, home. Plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of games for the kids to play. Sand toys and beach chairs where a plus! I would definitely recommend

Spring fling
Overall the property was very nice but the floors are in need of a good mopping. If you go barefoot in the house you end up with black feet. Also mattresses in spare bedrooms need to be replaced.
We loved the property and location. The golf cart was fantastic for getting to/from the beach and restaurants. The area was very busy and overwhelmed with spring breakers which made it very difficult to find family friendly restaurants for our party of 9. We had great weather and we will be back!!
The home was decorated really well and the area is fabulous. The golf cart was a fun touch. Be mindful to bring coffee and toiletries, even laundry detergent. We loved staying here and hope to come back.
This home fit our family perfect- 2 adults, 2 children (12 and 3 yrs old). We still had space for additional guests if needed ( we allow our daughter to invite a friend on vacations ). We loved the convenience to The Hub and having the pool and beach close by. It is recommended that you take the golf cart everywhere! I did not read in any reviews that you can take the golf carts on the roads prior to heading down to this area, but you can! There are a couple of beach accesses close to the home that are best to take the golf cart to as it would not accommodate your normal vehicle. Our children had a blast going down to Seaside and also over to Rosemary Beach on the golf cart. The Hub was great as well and right across the street. We were able to utilize the grilling area at the pool
as well- which was nice as we were trying to cook some meals at home and not eat out for every single meal. Highly recommend this townhome! Very clean and the beds were comfortable :)
