The location of this home is perfect. Easy beach access and a beautiful pool for when the beach conditions aren’t optimal. We loved relaxing on the back covered deck.

Peaceful and tranquil view of the beach from top floor balcony. Great place to enjoy your cup of coffee in the mornings! Plenty of room for a large family. Pool area was clean and had a selection of toys for my grandson. Really enjoyed staying here with our family!

Amazing location, with beach access right across the street! The floor plan was perfect for our group, which included 2 small children and our in-laws. We really enjoyed the pool and the charcoal grill. The property was very clean, although could use some updating (for example, the decking around the pool needs some TLC).

Great Place

End of Summer trip

Loved the location. The property was just as advertised. We enjoyed the pool and the decks, especially the little sitting area off of the kitchen. The house was comfortable and we took turns cooking meals. Would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Vacation

Amazing week!

Amazing location in a great little beach town!

We had a great time during our stay here! It has all of the amenities we were looking for and the property owner was wonderful and communicated everything we needed to know. Even stopped by to start the pool heater which we really enjoyed, and worked with us on switching properties after a family illness prevented some guests from attending. So awesome to walk across the street to the private beach access! Will definitely stay again!

Family vacation

We have never been to Holden Beach before and we absolutely fell in love with it! Our weather wasn’t that great but we managed to make the best of it. The pool was amazing and the house was plenty big for all of us. We can’t wait to make another visit next year!

Check in was good. There are pots and pans and bowls and miscellaneous and so many different cupboards. Most hard to try to figure out where everything was at.

Thank you for your kind words. I guess because there are so many cabinets I. Kitchen and it is so large, pots go in one spot, fry pans in another, serving bowls/dishes in yet another. Plates in one…glass separate…we try to keep each format separately so we can do inventory control easier to ensure you have all the items you would expect in a top kitchen. But we are very grateful for your kind remarks and are always looking for ways to improve. Thank you!!! We welcome you guys back any time!
