Typical traditional portuguese rustic house, 100 years old, Newly restored grandmother's house. with patio and sheds, fully equipped kitchen / living room with all appliances, oven, hob, dishwasher, pots, crockery etc. Large living room with wood burning heating and electricity, original stone walls, rustic furniture, double leather sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom, one with shower and one with bath and w. ç. of outside service. j with 10m2 pool, garden with lots of sun to the south and west, some fruit trees and barbecue. total area 450m2. laundry room with washing machine and tank. Private and closed garage. located in quiet and safe street in a rural and very welcoming community. Sá Carneiro Airport in Porto at 30 kms. 5 minutes from the A1 and A29 exit

Wir haben unserem Sommerurlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und waren zufrieden. Das Häusschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind absolut herzlich und man kann sich jederzeit an sie wenden. Außerdem ist die Lage absolut super, Strand, sowie auch die Stadt oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar.

Nous sommes venus 1 semaine avec mon conjoint et 2 amis. La maison est conforme aux photos et à la description. Le système de boite à clefs très pratique pour pouvoir arriver et repartir à nimporte quel heure. Tres bonne communication écrite avec l'hôte

Urlaub wie in einer alten Burg

Wir haben im Haus der Großmutter einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr stilecht und verkörpert eine vergangene Epoche. Dennoch ist alles was man braucht vorhanden, zwei Schlafzimmer mit alten, aber gemütlichen Doppelbetten, zwei Bäder mit Toilette und einer Wohnküche. Im Garten ein kleiner Pool, Liegen und natürlich ein Grill. Zum Haus gehört noch eine Garage, so dass auch der Mietwagen gut untergebracht war. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb von Espinho, zum schönen Sandstrand sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch nach Porto ins Zentrum fährt man nur eine gute Viertelstunde, wir waren rundum zufrieden.

We had a good time and ligia gave us tip for our porto trips.house is as in fotos..

We could check in ourselves. Keys are in a box. House was clean and comfortable. Close to motorway. Beach in the north of Espinho is great! Train to Porto easygoing. Aveiro close enough for a day trip. Ligia kept in touch with us with what’s apps. Thanks a lot!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Ligia. C'est une maison très fonctionnelle avec tout l'équipement qu'il faut et le top c'est la piscine!! De plus Ligia fournit le linge de lit et serviettes de toilette sans supplément et Ligia est formidable: très accueillante et soucieuse du bien être de ses vacanciers.

"Ligia, a bubbling personality, met us promptly at the house. We were comfortably accommodated . The location is centrally situated; close to beaches and amenities. We enjoyed our two day stay , the good weather and the barbeque on the back lawn...(which requires some mowing soon)"

Nous sommes restés 3 jours et 3 nuits dans cette très belle maison spacieuse avec 2 salles de bains ...les enfants ont également apprécié la piscine comme le temps était superbe ...Elle est très bien située près de Porto et vous avez de nombreux restaurants à 1,5 kms environ près de la digue d'Espinho ...encore merci pour votre accueil et ce très bon séjour passé chez vous !

2. Station auf Rundreise

Diese Ferienhaus gehört mit zu den besten Unterkünften, die wir als Vielreisende bewohnt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Angebot mit Beschreibung stimmt in jedem Detail. Das 'Großmutterhaus' ist auf den alten Grundmauern großzügig removiert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail engerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig, dennoch verkehrsgünstig angebunden, ein Fahrzeug ist notwendig. Dafür steht eine große Garage zur Verfügung. Unsere Gatsgeber haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Das Preis-/ Leiszungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir können das Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Good position but car needed I'm

The home was just right, it was a pity about the weather! It was a very convenient place to stay as long as you had a car. A few minutes drive to the town centre and the beach. By train or car Porto centre was just 30 minutes away. Everything went smoothly, the host was very helpful and possibly not to blame for the weather.

Ruhiges rustikales Landhaus

Sehr nette Vermieter (auch deutschsprechend), ruhige Lage, Garten mit Pool, Garage, liebevoll eingerichtet, Sauber, alles vorhanden, Stadt und Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, nur 20 km bis Porto, sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank.

première visite au Portugal

Très Bon accueil de la propriétaire. Maison confortable, heureusement équipée d'une cheminée - avec fourniture gratuite du bois car la semaine a été très pluvieuse. Maison bien conçue pour 2 couples d'amis (suites parentales bien isolées l'une de l'autre). Manque de vaisselle (ex : pas de saladier, poëles inutilisables,...) Quartier correct cependant la localisation ne fait pas de cet endroit un paradis pour des vacances. La ville ne présente aucun intérêts touristiques.
