Park Hotel is on Main Street, Park City, Utah. Just out your front door is Main Street with countless restaurants, art galleries, apparel, night clubs and all Sundance Film Festival has to offer. This fourth floor unit is a one bedroom unit with a full kitchen, full bath, pull out sofa with privacy between the bedroom and the living room. This unit has laundry on the same level and has a beautiful lounge area outside of the unit with a fireplace and tables and sofas and chairs for more room and relaxing. The hotel has an indoor pool on the basement level as well as a weight room and a wonderful restaurant and bar. There are restaurants and shops for blocks. This is the perfect place to be in all of the action for Sundance Film Festival. Park City Town lift is 1 and 1/2 blocks down the street. It does not get any better than this!

Great location. Decent but dated appartment.

The location was terrific. A short walk to the town lift. Exactly what we were looking for albeit dated. But for a short period of time not a biggie.The appartment was very spacious almost too big for must my husband and myself. Even with 4 guests the appartment provides enough room. We had a queen bed in a spacious bedroom. Dishwasher did not work. So if you plan on cooking verify if it has been repaired. Biggest issue was heat. It was too warm and we had to have a window open at all times as turning down/off the heat did not have much of an effect.
