The place was great. Close to town but still quiet and beautiful. I would recommend to friends and family and we would stay again. It was perfect for our group of 8 but could easy be comfortable for up to 12. 4 bathrooms was really the clutch factor and they were all really nice!

Great size, and my family enjoyed the space. It is dated and in need of updates and a thorough cleaning. For a large family with kids....it works great. Like a property at the YMCA. Loved the location, although the street the property is on can be busy.

Great house my kids loved the movie room it was definitely the highlight of the house. So many beds and bedrooms with lots of sleeping options and a great deck to eat on and soak in the hot tub. The ONLY downside was there is no A/C, totally my fault for not reading that part when we booked but it definitely gets hot in the house during the day. We would run the fan and open the windows at night as instructed and it cooled off wonderfully at night but with 90 degree days it was not great not having AC. Other than that beautiful house and great host.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The ground-floor bedroom was used by our family member who was challenged by the stairs, and there were plenty of bedrooms for all of us. We used the game room, movie room, sitting room, sometimes as a group, sometimes just to hide a bit (shhhh, don't tell anyone!). Hot-tub was clean and worked perfectly, grill cooked our stakes. We will absolutely stay here again if we visit again!

This property is amazing! We had a group of 12 and 9 of them were under the age of 18. They all had an incredible time and never seemed to be bored! The view is so beautiful and the house was very clean! We will definitely be returning!

Every year my friends and I rent a house on VRBO and spend 5 days together. We have been doing this for over a decade. We've stayed at four different places in Colorado, 2 in Glenwood Springs, and not only is this the best property we have stayed at in CO, but hands down it has been our favorite of them all!Communication was excellent, but not intrusive. Everything was just as we expected. No crazy rules or laundry list of cleaning chores. Check-in and out were simple!The house is awesome!!!!!! The bedrooms are comfy and it really does easily sleep 16, even though we only had 7. The game room was a lot of fun. We had a darts tournament, played pool, Pac Man, and many games of chess. The fireplace room--which we called the comfy room--was our daily morning spot. The movie room was comfy and the selection of movies is vast. In honor of Halloween, we watched Fright Night. We also had a blast watching silly videos on YouTube. The hot tub fit all 7 of us comfortably. It was perfect on the chilly evenings. We didn't really do any cooking, but this house has a great kitchen. The dining room is big and was great for our family style carryout meals and some crazy rounds of dominoes.It's close to town, so it was easy to make trips to shop, eat, and visit the hot springs. If we ever come back to Glenwood Springs, this is absolutely the house we will stay in again!!!
