appartement fonctionnel bien situé.

Il n'y a pas eu d'état des lieux ni au début, ni à la fin. Ainsi, il manque pas mal de choses dans la cuisine etc.. la télécommande tv disparue et remplacée par une autre non adaptée! Puis, de jeunes étudiants dans l'appartement à côté très bruyants de 23 à 03 h du matin. Vous imaginez notre tranquillité! Quelqu'un devait nous assister en cas de besoin, mais ne répondait pas! A part cela l'appartement au rdc est bien situé mais loin de la plage quand même.

Un logement très pratique, propre et avec toutes les commodités!

L'appartement situé dans le quartier sakane est proche de tous les commerces indispensables au quotidien. Très calme, dans une résidence surveillée, au rez de chaussé (ce qui nous a posé quelques soucis pour l'accès Internet), une terrasse sur le toit est disponible pour y faire sécher le linge. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et surtout disponibles et disposés à nous répondre facilement. L'accueil sur place est très agréable. Nous conseillons cet appartement.

Kann ich weiter empfehlen!

Ich war während meiner Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Gegend ist ziemlich ruhig und sicher. Die Wohnung war stets sauber und die Küche gut ausgerüstet. In der nähe war alles zu finden, Lebensmittel - Geschäften, Friseur , Cafés usw... Die einzige Sache die mich gestört hat ist, dass es einen schlechten Netz-Empfang in der Wohnung gab. Und zum Schluß einen besonderen herzlichen Dank an dem hilfsbereiten Hausmeister. Er war immer da für Fragen.
