300m from the beach huts (European Blue Flag), on the south coast of the island of Oleron, "Les Hameaux des Marines" is situated behind a dune, in a quiet and relaxing near the lighthouse Chassiron and the port of Saint Denis d'Oléron.
You will have the opportunity to entertain the ocean, go to bike the bike trails of the island or enjoy the good dishes of seafood in the many traditional restaurants in Saint Denis and surroundings. This charming and friendly residential park is the ideal place to relax and take a deep breath of fresh air.

The hamlets of Marines residence consists of chalets located on 2 ha park. 35m The chalets consist of: a bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (one downstairs and a bunk in a drawer, the bottom two beds can be converted into double bed), a living / dining room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, flat screen TV, equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, fridge ...), bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate toilet, air conditioning supplement, 15mÂČ terrace with garden furniture.


On the spot: bowling, table tennis and a children's playground. An indoor heated swimming pool (from April 12th to November 1st), free parking next to your cabin, free WIFI at the reception, bread, bicycle rental.

Piscine amélioration possible de la couverture Pas de porte de séparation de la salle principale/couloir Pas de machine a laver le linge dans le Mobile home , la machine de la résidence est payante. Mais pas de place pour la mettre dans le mobil home. Jardin et abord bien entretenu. calme et accueil

malgré les intérieurs des chalets un peu vieillots notre séjour a été trÚs agréable, calme, les enfants ont pu jouer sans problÚme parce qu'il y a de la place entre les chalets et l'accueil est trÚs sympatique

RĂ©sidence calme sans vis Ă  vis, plage Ă  quelques pas Ă  travers une petite lande , le chalet est spacieux et bien agencĂ© Le personnel discret et accueillant Ă  la fois Tout les soirs le marchand de glaces passe pour notre plus grand plaisir, chaque matin un petit train nous dĂ©pose au marchĂ© de St Denis et tant d’autres petites choses qui font que notre sĂ©jour Ă©tait fort agrĂ©able.

Propreté pas au RDV

Le chalet n'était pas nettoyé avant notre arrivée ( apparemment problÚme d'organisation). Piscine hors d'usage. Ensemble de la résidence pas entretenu. Aucun suivi. Télévision ne fonctionne pas. Personne pour faire l'état des lieux à notre départ. Le point positif est l'emplacement de la résidence à cÎté de la plage.

Parfait, hospitalier,la plage à cÎté.

Une belle découverte ces chalets. Un bémol,un chien m'a attaqué à 6 heures du mat alors que le marchait tranquillement sans bruit vers l'espace poubelle, je n'ai pas apprécié le temps qu'a mis son maßtre à intervenir. Je pense qu'en semaine c'est calme et que le WE une autre faune arrive. Bravo et merci en tout cas car nous avons eu une paix royale.

MĂ©rite un profond rafraĂźchissement. CanapĂ© inconfortable, vaisselle et poĂȘle usĂ©es. TĂ©lĂ© pour poupĂ©e barbie. Wifi uniquement Ă  l accueil. Piscine fermĂ©e ouverture que le 09 juin alors que le parc Ă  cĂŽtĂ© la piscine est ouverte. Pas de photo de la salle de bain dans l annonce nous avons compris aprĂšs, salle de bain vĂ©tuste. Pour le mĂ©nage pas d aspirateur. Nous ne retournerons pas aux hameaux des marines. Le tarif ne correspond pas aux prestations proposĂ©es dans l annonce. TrĂšs déçus.

nous avons été tres contents de notre séjour,hormis l'accueil trÚs limite.les heures d'ouverture (seulement 4 h par jour) étaient restreintes et laccueil était fermé les jeudis et dimanches. La personne présente était parfois à peine aimable.

La description de l'annonce correspond à la réalité. Chalet neuf, propre et spacieux. Le personnel du camping est trÚs disponible. Un vrai plus : piscine chauffée et couverte. La livraison du pain le matin est un vrai confort. Oui je conseille cette location.
