On s'est fait avoir!

Equipement minimum. Poste TV plus petit qu'un écran d'ordinateur! La chasse d'eau des toilettes fonctionne mal; le garde-corps du balcon est cassé; les murs de la salle de bains sont écaillés et le lavabo se vide dans la baignoire. Les matelas sont tachés et n'ont pas de protège-matelas; le rideau occultant pendouille sur les cotés. Bref: minable! Nous avons d'ailleurs déjà envoyé un mail à votre correspondant local.

Filthy dirty apartment.

(Sorry, but had a bad experience) The apartment was filthy, really dirty/filthy, and with a strong smell of something rotting or mold. Windows were so dirty one couldn't see through them! Patio so dirty it took 'scrubbing' it 4 times to be reasonably clean where one could sit out. Same with kitchen, etc., etc.. :( Took hours the first 2 days to clean the place. The bed covers & pillows were also filthy & smelly. Fortunately fresh sheets wrapped in plastic were provided & it was warm enough to just use sheets. The management, though polite, were not very quick to respond, nor helpful from the start. I was only there for 5 nights. Keys are picked up at management's office, which is a bus or taxi drive away if you have luggage. Without luggage it would be a nice uphill 30 min walk. The management would not even consider to meet at the apartment to either drop off the keys, or when leaving, take back the keys. All in all extremely poor customer service & delivery of the apartment. The building itself is nice. The building staff were very nice & friendly, but were not associated with this unit. I would recommend renting from the building directly. Location is great. But I do not recommend renting this apartment & the way this rental was managed :-(

Serait parfait si ...

La résidence est idéalement située et l'accès direct à la plage et le solarium sont top. Bruyant côté rue, mais c'est Biarritz plein centre. Le studio : la moitié des ampoules grillées, une prise électrique cuisine défectueuse (il faut déplacer le micro onde pour le brancher à la prise de l'évier, d'où plats penchés). Idem pour la cafetière, et attention aux brûlures ... Le salon de jardin semble ne pas avoir été nettoyé depuis 6 mois, donc inutilisable (tant pis pour l'usage du balcon) . L'évier de cuisine est quasi bouché. Pas de séchoir à linge (minimaliste au niveau équipement), balais complètement défoncés. Vraiment dommage car ce studio situé en bout de couloir, donc sans passage, est très bien conçu. La literie est bonne, la salle de bain et les WC (séparés) spacieux avec de bons sanitaires . Sans ce manque de maintenance, il serait super.

Bonne situation très proche centre ville et plage. Très bruyant. Équipement minimaliste mais suffisant. Balcon pas en bon état.
