Located 5.5 km from Gordes, this farmhouse is equidistant from Carpentras, Cavaillon and Apt. (22 km)
Nestled in a natural park of oaks, pines and wild scrubland, you will enjoy the calm, the song of the cicadas and also the "coolness" of the nights in altitude (650 meters:
we lose a few degrees compared to the temperatures of the full (Avignon, Cavaillon, Carpentras, Saint Rémy etc.,) extremely appreciable in summer ...)
This farmhouse consists of a large living room of 100 m2, "always fresh" (which includes a living room, TV, dining area, a piano corner) giving full feet on the large terrace to the south, and nature at 360 °.
6 bedrooms, 4 of which are in the main building and 2 attic in an independent apartment accessed by a stone staircase on the large terrace (2 fans are available)

1 open kitchen, on the living room.
The terrace (equipped with wrought iron furniture, several dining areas - depending on the shade, activities - and lounge) is shaded by a wisteria and facing south, overlooking the pool (secured for children) and Lubéron in the background.
A tennis at the entrance of the property is at your disposal: it is in poor condition, the freeze in winter has dilated the stones and creates cracks, uneven, (beware of the feet!) but serves as a playground for all games ... and for all ages.

This farmhouse is near Senanque Abbey, (5km) and many villages,
(Roussillon, Oppede the old, Venasque, Menerbes, Bonnieu ... Avignon etc.)
and which are the charm of this beautiful region.
You will not miss the Marché des Producers at Coustelet every Sunday, and other markets nearby, Gordes, Carpentras, Cavaillon, Apt etc. depending on the days ...
Summer festivals are also, the delights of this region ...

Magnifique séjour

Magnifique mas provençal dans un cadre splendide où rien ne vient perturber le chant des cigales ! Maison immense parfaite pour une grande famille car il y a suffisamment d’espace et d’intimité pour chacun… et la piscine et la vue sont splendides ! Merci pour tout !

Außergewöhnliches, idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhaus- ruhig, mit viel Platz und gut ausgestattet

Ein tolles, außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus, in dem wir als Familie gemeinsam mit Freunden zwei herrliche Wochen verbracht haben. Das malerisch liegende, geräumige und (im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Häusern) sehr gut ausgestattete Haus liegt auf einer Art Bergrücken, neben einer Schlucht, man hat schon ab morgens bis in die Abendstunden Sonne. Der Pool ist ausreichend entfernt vom Haus und gut gesichert und bietet fantastische Blicke über den Luberon. Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen nett und meldet sich sofort, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder es ein Problem gab. Die Eigentümer haben in den Bau dieses Ferienhauses viel Liebe, Arbeit und Geschmack gesteckt. Sogar ein Flügel steht im Wohnzimmer! Gordes ist ca 7 km entfernt, man braucht für Einkäufe und die Fahrt zum Bäcker also das Auto. Jenseits der Straße beginnen einige Wanderwege, auf denen man auch wunderbar joggen kann. Man sollte vielleicht beachten, dass es hier in den Abendstunden etwas kühler wird und der Mistral auch etwas heftiger wehen kann. Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem wenn man mit Freunden verreist! A great, exceptional holiday home where we spent two wonderful weeks as a family together with friends. The picturesquely situated, spacious and very well equipped house is located on a kind of ridge, next to a ravine, you have sun from the morning until the evening hours. The pool is far enough away from the house and well secured and offers fantastic views over the Luberon. The owner is extremely nice and got in touch immediately if we had any questions or there was a problem. The owners have put a lot of love, work and taste into building this holiday home. There is even a grand piano in the living room! Gordes is about 7 km away, so you need the car for shopping and going to the bakery. On the other side of the road there are some hiking trails where you can also go jogging. You should perhaps bear in mind that it gets a bit more chill here in the evenings eben in summer and the mistral can blow a bit stronger when you are at the pool . To sum up: highly recommended, especially if you are travelling with friends!

Un sejour superbe!

Une propriété au calme dans un environnement superbe, tres confortable et extrêmement agréable. La terrasse dominant le jardin est un endroit magnifique pour le diner, ou meme un lunch a l'ombre de la tonnelle de glycine. Il fait plus frais que dans le bas de Gordes, il y a de belles randonnées a faire tout autour. L'équipement est juste ce qu'il faut, et nous avons apprécié le sentiment de maison de famille avec un vécu, des livres et des objets qui ont un passe. La piscine permet de bien nager et il y a de l'ombre partout dans le grand jardin pour se reposer sur les chaises longues. Vraiment impeccable et nous sommes partis a regret! Merci pour tout. Superbe et très agréable

Superbe maison avec vue extraordinaire sur le Lubéron. Beaucoup d'espace intérieur et très bien aménagé (grandes chambres, cuisine fonctionnelle, grand séjour...) Très belle décoration. L'ensemble est + beau en vrai que sur les photos de l'annonce :) Espaces extérieurs très agréables avec des vues sur le Lubéron. Très calme (pas de voisinage). Terrain tennis un peu abîmé (mais peu gênant) Beaucoup de guêpes (surtout près de la piscine), mais très peu voire pas de moustiques ni de mouches.
