Concern over the outdated furniture is warranted, but more importantly the management company is NOT taking care of this property. The floors were sticky, the bathroom flooring is sloped and dangerous. We called the management company specifically to ask what we need to bring and they did not mention a can opener, soap (really?), trash bags, etc. What they did provide was almost gone (toilet paper, dawn dish soap and cascade dishwasher soap). Check in process needs to be updated as you have to go there multiple times. Great location and beach access, but bring EVERYTHING you need.
While the property is a bit dated, the proximity to the beach is perfect.

As long as you don't expect much, this will meet your needs
I really hate to leave a bad review, but the facts speak for themselves. Within hours of entering the property several things went wrong, called management company (waste of time)!!! Not until the 4th call did I get any help. We didn't have television for half of the stay and actually the actual tv repairman came the day before we checked out. The entire unit needs updating, the bathroom door to the guest bath is deteriorating and will not close, the mattress in my room was as hard as a brick and my body feels it! We actually checked out a day early to go to a hotel to try to get some better sleeping conditions, and the couple that was with us left two days early! I have paid less money for better accommodations! Oh and the view sucks from this unit, mostly a view of the dunes. Travelers be ware.....

Renter Beware!
We stayed here for the Labor Day weekend and were not impressed at all. The condo is in need of a lot of updates/repairs.
The entire left side of the condo slopes downward. There was D-Con mice bait left behind the TV stand in the living room. We found several roaches while staying there. Overall it was not a good experience at all!
Great place for the family to stay! Very spacious and had every amenity needed. Having a washer and dryer was the best. Dealing with the keypad lock was a little frustrating because our code did not work at first but the problem was quickly solved and a key was given to us. Great access to the beach and pool. We would definitely recommend to other and return for another stay.
