4 flat screen TVs, DVD/VCR combo, wireless internet, free long distance in US. Private oceanfront covered balcony with furniture, shared walkway to beach, seasonal pool access, grilling area, each building has outside shower for rinsing off, across the street from Oak Island Golf Club. Available for off season monthly.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.

The only issues we had was the ppl staying above us. They were very rude and ugly, about the parking.

Beachy

The decor is nice and beach related to keep your mind on ocean time. The bedroom view is spectacular. Unfortunately, the people upstairs had kids running In the condo and it sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling! Although it was clean, we found trash. A dental flosser on the nightstand, toilet paper tube behind the door and random tissue on floor. The checkout time is 9 not the 10 am VRBO had listed. The property managers were pleasant to work with. The beach is very easy to access.

Beach View Condo

This property is leased by Oak Island Accommodations, not an individual. Know that there is a security deposit required that is not shown in the Vrbo listing. The property was good but not great. The supplies were meager and the cheapest possible. The unit was clean and the kitchen fairly well equipped. View is nice but not quite as wide as the photo suggests.
