Newly renovated home in the heart of the city. Close to downtown, Colorado College, Memorial hospital, Olympic training center, and easy access to the highway. Come and relax in this light, open home with new kitchen, flooring, baths, bedrooms, paint and furniture. Decorated with a mid-century flair, it is a breath of fresh air when walking through the front door. Enjoy the beautiful commisioned stained glass masterpiece, by local artist Dana Keys, while you enjoy conversation and drinks in the open design living area. The light that shines in through the solarium changes the colors of the glass throughout the day. It is truly a work of art. Enjoy reading or playing games in the upstairs loft, go for a bike ride downtown for a local beer or cocktail (bike lane right in front of the house), relax after a day of hiking in the hot tub or disappear into your bedroom with a king bed to enjoy a little quiet after a long day. The house is equipped with 3 king beds and 1 double, two bathrooms, a laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, a solarium for getting a little vitamin D in the winter and a furnished front porch and a fire pit for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather. Perfect stay

Loved behind the yellow door!

We just enjoyed a week at this very welcoming home in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown COS. We loved the house! It checked all of the boxes- safe, clean, great location for area activities/dining and very comfortable. It is a charming neighborhood with very friendly neighbors out walking their dogs. Although we did not take advantage of the hot tub, we did enjoy the scenic morning walk down the street with a beautiful mountain view, we sat out on the front deck some evenings, we enjoyed morning coffee in the sun room and after horseback riding we were happy to have a washer/dryer. Before and during our stay Caren provided excellent and timely communications. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This property is great because of it's location and the easy layout of the house. Each room is large, quiet and has a lot of privacy. It is light, airy, clean and bright. The hot tub, fire pit and the solarium are perks during the winter.

What makes this property unique

Downtown location, hot tub, solarium, fire pit, bike paths, ease of proximity to COS attractions- very close to downtown, memorial park, memorial hospital, olympic training center. Easy access to the highway and all sight seeing venues in colorado springs and beyond.
