THE EXIT TO 1-25 IS ALSO 2 BLOCKS AWAY, WHICH ALLOWS FOR EASY ACCESS TO ALL THAT COLORADO SPRINGS HAS TO OFFER. THE AIR FORCE ACADEMY IS A QUICK 15 MINUTES AWAY, AND COLORADO COLLEGE IS ABOUT 7 BLOCKS (A 10 MINUTE WALK). THERE IS A PARK WITH BIKE/RUNNING TRAILS 1 BLOCK AWAY.

Lovely House

This house is perfect for a stay in Colorado Springs. It was very clean and had just the right amount of space for our family of three while visiting our daughter there. And the location was perfect for walking to eat and shop downtown.

Girls Getaway

This is a super cute house, very clean (one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in), tastefully decorated, and well stocked (spices, cooking oil, towels, hot tub towels). We loved being able to walk downtown for lunch & shopping.

Nice central location

The home was clean, cozy and comfortable to stay in for our family. The host was quick to respond when we needed to reach out and the location was central enough to get to surrounding attractions fairly easily.

Very Clean

This property was very clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Kitchen was well equipped with appliances and utensils. I was a bit concerned about the area ( next to the soup kitchen and public park) we did not have any problems. Very easy to get to the highway. The upstairs tv didn't work and the other bedrooms do not have Tvs. Great renovated older home and extremely clean!!

My husband and I purchased this house over 20 years ago along with 7 other houses on the block. We have used these homes as long-term rentals in the past, but decided it was time to let short-term renters enjoy all that downtown living has to offer.
