This warm, professionally designed home blends comfort with character, creating an inviting space for families and groups. *On the wall, you will notice the staves from whiskey barrels from a local producer!
With seating for 8, you'll always have enough space for the whole gang.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a blender, coffee maker, french press maker, coffee grinder, pots, pans, and cooking utensils to make your meal-prep as easy as pie!
The huge bay windows in the front of the bedroom have room-darkening shades that go from floor to ceiling, ensuring your beauty rest will not be interrupted, regardless of the time you wake up.
Our fire-pit and patio is an awesome area to truly enjoy the outdoors of Colorado Springs.

This thoughtfully designed home offers 1,734 square feet of comfortable living space, perfect for families and small groups looking to relax and explore Colorado Springs.

🛋️ The main level welcomes you with a cozy living room featuring a large Smart TV and Bose speaker, ideal for unwinding after a day out. The dining area seats eight and connects easily to the updated kitchen, fully equipped for cooking and gathering. Just beyond the kitchen, you'll find a convenient half bath and laundry area, making longer stays simple and stress-free.

🛏️ The primary bedroom with a king bed is located just off the living room for easy access. Down the hall, a second bedroom with a queen bed sits near a full bathroom and offers access to the backyard. The third bedroom is tucked away for added privacy, accessed through the second bedroom and down a short set of stairs. This space features a queen bed, beautiful bay windows, and a private en-suite bathroom.
*Additional sleeping space is available with a queen foam sleeper sofa in the living room.

My family and I stayed for the 4th of July week and had a great time!! We grilled almost every day and hung out on the dock daily. This area was a big hit with the kids! Beds were all very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen, with grocery stores near by. My family already wants to plan another trip back!

Great property on one of the canals at Sunset Beach, NC. Well appointed, including beach chairs, bags, and other sand gear. The screened in porch on the canal side, was the perfect spot for morning coffee, and evenings after dinner. Easy walk to the beach access. Would definitely stay here again!
