Located in the heart of Cassis, 10 minutes walk from the beach and the port and 10 minutes from the Calanques, apartment with a very contemporary design, completely renovated and air conditioned.

Terrace facing due south and sheltered from the wind, with views of the sea, Cap Canaille and the vineyards.

The apartment is equipped with:
- 2 double bedrooms with window and dressing room (1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, air conditioning and tv, 1 bedroom with 140x190 bed),
- a large air-conditioned living room (with large TV screen and convertible sofa),
- a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a large central island for a convivial space,
- 2 large bay windows with sea view and access to the 10m2 terrace,
- a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower and rain cloud,
- separate wc,
- a terrace equipped with a bar table and bar stools as well as a large sofa,
- all the household linen (bedding and towels) as well as the basic necessities will be provided to you,
- household appliances including dishwasher and washer-dryer, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, small plancha, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine + a few capsules will be provided for your arrival. (Possibility of providing a supply of Nespresso capsules on request), iron and ironing board, hairdryer ...
- wifi connection, iPhone hifi docking station, Orange Tv (many channels),
- easy parking in front of the residence (rare in Cassis).

Leisure: You can go on foot to explore the village or relax on the beach, explore the AOC vineyards of Cassis, visit the Calanques or opt for a golf course at the Golf courses of Dolce Frégate, de la Salette , or Nans les Pins, all three located 20 minutes from Cassis.
The city of Cassis offers tours of the Calanques by boat. You can also decide to take a private tour by renting your own boat with or without a skipper (more information will be provided).
Then take advantage of the terrace for your quiet lunches and dinners and your aperitifs while admiring the sea or explore the delicious and numerous restaurants offered by the city of Cassis (our good addresses will be suggested to you).
End your evening with a visit to the market in summer, a Casino and, for those who sleep late, the nightclub located in the village… and all without a car.

Met all our needs. Loved the views from the balcony. A couple of improvements could be the balcony cushions upgraded and a variety of bedroom pillow sizes. I slept with my towel folded as the pillows were too large for my size.

Great place if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town

We loved our stay here. We picked this location because we were worried being in the center of town might be loud. I think we made the right call. This place was overall very quiet. It's about a 10 minute walk into the main part of town, and yes, as others have said, there is a steep hill up to get back to the apartment. That being said, it's not a very long hill. Everything was very clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony just taking it in. Cecile and Ludovic were lovely and very easy to communicate with. They offered recommendations for the area, which we appreciated. They even brought us some laundry detergent, as we couldn't find any in the house. The only thing about the communication that was lacking is we paid a cleaning fee in cash, which we didn't know about. Fortunately we had the cash in the right amount, so it wasn't an issue. It would have been good to know that up front. Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely place!

schöner Ausblick - Umgebung naja

Pro: Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer und die gegenüberliegende Klippe ist großartig - wenn man die Umgebung vergisst: im selben Blickfeld ist auch direkt ein eher hässliches Haus vor der anderen Hälfte des Meeres. das Haus in dem das Ferien-Appartment ist, ist wohl das hässlichste Haus in dem ich je gewohnt habe. die Innen-Einrichtung ist sehr schick - allerdings eher unpraktisch wenn man dort kocht und isst. z.B. der große Tisch im Innenraum sieht schick aus, aber man stösst immer seine Knie an, der Wasserhahn kurious aber unpraktisch etc.

Lovely apartment, gorgeous view

We really enjoyed our stay in this modern and stylish apartment. Unlike other apartments we have stayed at, this one was really well-stocked with everything we needed. The exterior of the apartment building can be a little off-putting, but the inside of the flat and the gorgeous view from the balcony more than make up for it. The old town is walking distance away, but we spent most of our time exploring the calanques and other hidden beaches. We found the main Cassis beach too pebbly for our taste, but enjoyed the sandy strip at Ciotat nearby. Everywhere, the views are hard to beat. Don't forget to try the local wine!
