We agree, Cap Canaille is at its most striking and beautiful when it reflects the redness of the sunset. Many of our guests prefer to dine at home and appreciated the view from the terrace. When we had the apartment entirely refurbished a few years ago, we paid particular attention to the details you mention and to creating a warm, comfortable atmosphere where guests could feel at home. We're sorry to hear you had difficulty in setting the heating at the right temperature. The remote control has an on/off switch and an upward and downward facing arrow to raise or lower the temperature as one wishes. The bedroom heater works on the same principal. We've tried to keep everything very simple for our guests. Furthermore, instructions are available in the welcome booklet (also containing wifi code and useful addresses and recommendations) You mention the dishwasher. The booklet also contains instructions for all household appliances. We understand that foreign appliances can be daunting. It's important for us that guests should feel comfortable and relaxed in the apartment. Our telephone numbers are on the first page of the booklet so that you can contact us if you need anything. We live a few minutes away and can provide assistance quickly, as we did for the extra towels and sheets. We hope to see you again in Cassis!

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’ambiance « arty » de l’appartement et l’accueil chaleureux de Candy. L’adresse que vous avez reçue est l’adresse exacte: c’est l’adresse officielle postale de la résidence. Cependant il arrive de temps en temps que les vacanciers ne trouvent pas l’entrée tout de suite. C’est pour cela que nous transmettons à tous nos vacanciers les coordonnées de Candy pour qu’elle puisse les guider et ensuite les accueillir devant le portail de la résidence où elle attend chaque nouvel arrivant. Le feuillage dont vous parlez vient d’être coupé par le jardinier de la copropriété. Malgré son passage régulier, la nature continue sa vie! Au plaisir de vous accueillir une nouvelle fois à Cassis.
