We agree, Cap Canaille is at its most striking and beautiful when it reflects the redness of the sunset. Many of our guests prefer to dine at home and appreciated the view from the terrace. When we had the apartment entirely refurbished a few years ago, we paid particular attention to the details you mention and to creating a warm, comfortable atmosphere where guests could feel at home. We're sorry to hear you had difficulty in setting the heating at the right temperature. The remote control has an on/off switch and an upward and downward facing arrow to raise or lower the temperature as one wishes. The bedroom heater works on the same principal. We've tried to keep everything very simple for our guests. Furthermore, instructions are available in the welcome booklet (also containing wifi code and useful addresses and recommendations) You mention the dishwasher. The booklet also contains instructions for all household appliances. We understand that foreign appliances can be daunting. It's important for us that guests should feel comfortable and relaxed in the apartment. Our telephone numbers are on the first page of the booklet so that you can contact us if you need anything. We live a few minutes away and can provide assistance quickly, as we did for the extra towels and sheets. We hope to see you again in Cassis!
