Casa molto grande e bella. Il posto è accogliente e intimo, non hai persone intorno che disturbano e puoi goderti la villa a tutto tondo. Unica pecca del posto è il caldo, i ventilatori sembrano finti, ce ne sono 4/5 ma nessuno fa aria. Per questo motivo devi dormire con le porte aperte ed entrano gli insetti. Consiglio vivamente di portare zampironi o pastigliette per le zanzare (ci hanno svoltato le notti in villa). La comunicazione con l'host è stata veloce ed efficiente, a parte la pulizia della piscina. Il filtro ha funzionato giusto i primi due giorni e l'intervento del manutentore non è stato immediato. Macchina fondamentale, non ci si sposta a piedi (ne per le spiagge ne per il cibo). In generale è stata una bellissima vacanza.

Für 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder super geeignet. 2 Badezimmer.2 Schlaf Zimmer. Herrlicher Ausblick.Schöne Gegend, allerdings Mietwagen erforderlich , um zur Zivilatation und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu gelangen. Checkin und Checkout von der freundlichen Dame flexibel gehandelt.Toller Pool, der von freundlichen Poolboys regelmäßig gesäubert wurde. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

Entspannter Ruhige Umgebung

Wir (Familien mit 2 Kinder 107)waren 1 Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super Ruhig, ca 10 Autominuten vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Das Häuschen hat zwei große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem frisch renovierten Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, zwei überdachte Terrassen mit einem Grillplatz. Am Pool gibt es 4 liegen !!!!! Die Vermieterin kann nur italienisch aber mit Google Übersetzer klappt die Kommunikation super ! Leider hat das Haus keine Klimaanlage sondern nur Ventilatoren. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen

Very enjoyable stay in villa Iris

Spacious and clean villa in nice location. Plenty of room in bedrooms etc. I’ve bathrooms. No air conditioning which on Aug was very hot although fans provided in each room which helped. Pool area was clean and relaxing area. Kitchen/cooking equipment could be a bit better stocked eg. No baking tray, tea towels but when asked owner quickly came back with latter. Stuntino is lovely with great beeches. A car is needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Die Anlage liegt traumhaft schön mit Meerblick in der Nähe von Stintino. Toller Pool, schöner Garten. Perfekter Urlaub.

Haus, Pool und Lage ansprechend, Zustand und Ausstattung mäßig

Exklusiv wäre die "Villa", wenn sie SAUBER (wozu bezahlt man für Endreinigung, wenn man selbst ein verdrecktes Haus übernimmt?) und entsprechend ausgestattet wäre (3 brauchbare Liegen bei 5-Personen-Belegung vorhanden, kein Sonnenschirm, genau 5 Gläser, Küche notdürftig zusammengeschustert, Küchenfenster lässt sich nicht schließen, Ameisenstraßen drinnen überall)

Ciao Heike, Vielen Dank für seine kommentar. Die Villa ist exklusiv, weil der Garten und das Schwimmbad völlig unabhängig sind. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Gläsern, Geschirr ausgestattet, es kann passieren, dass Geschirr oder Glas abbricht und deshalb gibt es Kontakte vor Ort, die für alles eingreifen können. Der Schirm ist in keiner Villa vorhanden, Wenn Sie vor der Buchungsbestätigung gefragt hätten, hätten wir sie gesagt, dass keine schirm zu Hause sind. Für jede Villa, auch für 10 Personen, stehen insgesamt 4 Gartenstühle zur Verfügung. In jedem Fall können wir auch von hier aus eingreifen, wenn wir uns bewusst werden, was wir brauchen. Vacanza piacevole

È una villetta comoda, confortevole, arredata con gusto, il giardino non è grande ma gradevole. La piscina illuminata è retrostante la casa. I ragazzi l’hanno utilizzata molto di pomeriggio. La villetta è dotata di un fresco parcheggio e un magnifico solarium, io e mia figlia non ci stancavamo di guardare dall'alto il mare e i colori del tramonto. Il personale non è stato sempre attento ma sono ragazzi cordiali e simpatici soprattutto Giovanna, i giardinieri professionali e cortesi, i manutentori della piscina qualche volta hanno sbagliato orario per la manutenzione. Nel villaggio c’è animazione unica per bambini, i ragazzi più grandi uscivano con amici forse per discoteche. Io e mio marito la sera restavamo nel villaggio, dove ci sono ristoranti e pizzerie quest’ultime care e non proprio consigliabili, negozi vari e guardia medica. Le Spiagge si raggiungono con i bus che fanno il giro ogni ora. Vacanza piacevole, non proprio riposante ma consigliabile.
