Beautiful first floor condo in a gated community. There are 3 Bedroom, 2 baths washer/dryer, dining room and breakfast area. Xfinity cable television is in each room, including high speed WiFi. Property has a gym, pool and playground. There are seven fishing lakes on the property.
Centrally located. You will be 15 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, and Downtown Fort Myers.
