Owners were very easy to communicate with. 6 minutes from all the restaurants and bars. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and we were the only ones in the building while we stayed so we have full use of the pool

We absolutely loved the location and the property. Already looking forward to coming back next year. Condo was clean, lots of space and enjoyed the screened in porch. Host is very attentive and alway quick to reply. Thanks for such a special vacation!

This was our home away from home for a long weekend get away. Very clean. Master bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner worked perfect. Plenty of linens. The wifi connection was great even with all the cool gadgets connected. For us, the location was perfect. Close to lots of great places to eat, golf, and fish. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay! The beds were clean and soft. The laundry machines were so convenient and that balcony was super relaxing and easy to enjoy. The bathrooms were fully equipped and very nice! I loved the Kcup coffee machine and the kitchen island, plus their lighting! Super close to grocery, beaches, and Water Park!

Great little condo

We stayed here for two days and it was a great little place, nice neighborhood, we felt safe and everything was pristine. Would definitely stay here again. Wifi was out for those two days, but you could tell the whole condo was technology friendly. Thank you for the stay!

Fun In The Sun

Our family really enjoyed our visit to Cape Coral and stay at this property!! Lauren was a wonderful host and very responsive. The location was great for us and the condo was as well. There were games for the kids which we played each night and everyone slept great. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Accommodations

My husband and I and our teenaged son stayed for a couple of nights during spring break. Everything was great with the property and it was nice to relax and watch boats go down the canal. Was also pretty easy to get over to downtown Fort Myers from there.

Great place to stay

We got to the Condo around 12 noon, exhausted, check in was 4pm. They were very accommodating and allowed us in early after the room had been cleaned. Felt like home-away-from home. Will stay with them again when in town. Thanks again Lauren!

Short stay

This condo was perfect for what we needed. Clean, good neighborhood. Next to a busy road so some road noise but not bothersome. Has a pool and views of the canal. We even saw a manatee swim by!!

Cape Coral Quick Get Away

We made a quick trip to look at some property in Florida and our stay @ Ryan and Lauren’s met what we needed! It was very clean. Comfortable bed, appreciated the sound machine as well. Easy check in. We enjoyed dinner at High Tide Social Club as well, which is close by. :)

Very Nice

The condo is very clean and has fun beach vibes! Water lovers will love the canal right out front! My husband spent time fishing while we caught extra Z’s! The balcony was also very relaxing and the laundry machines were a huge plus for us! Some great restaurants nearby. Several beaches within 20 minutes! The hosts were responsive. Everything was great!
