About this property

Gorgeous, recently remodeled ski in/ski out and poolside condo at the base of Boyne Mountain. Perfect location at the heart of all that Boyne Mountain has to offer. Easy walk to Avalanche Bay Waterpark and all the shops, restaurants and spa services. There is not a better location on the Mountain. Out the back of the condo is the base of the Boyneland lift and ski school/beginner hills. Very well appointed, this condo is great for two families.

This spacious upper condo has two bedrooms and a loft. The first bedroom has a queen and a double and the second has two queens with two single beds in the loft in this room. There are two full, en suite bathrooms, a den with dining table and chairs as well as a large, newly remodeled kitchen. There is a sleeper sofa in the den and stackable washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms.

Perfect Long Weekend Ski Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Went with a group to Boyne to ski for President's Day weekend. Our family stayed here and the other families we went with stayed outside the resort. So happy we stayed here. The location is excellent. The condo unit was clean, updated and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, some starter coffee and filters. Plenty of cookware. Linens were clean and comfortable. I had to reach out to the owner because I accidentally turned off the pilot light to the fireplace and someone quickly came over that morning to fix it. I could not find a cutting board and one was brought to us (even though there was one there that I just could not find!). Very responsive, would definitely rent this unit again.

Great getaway for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been coming to Boyne Mountain for over a decade and found this particular condo many years back and haven’t switched. The location is excellent with short walking access to the base of Boyne Mountain complex, we park next to the building and load in easily and we board all the way to the area behind the building. The arrangement of the condo makes it convenient for my wife and I to have our space while the kids can have theirs separate - and bring a friend too. We rarely have any issue and when we’ve had to reach out for help, Nancy was responsive and wonderful. Full recommend for a family getaway without reservation.
