We had a great time. This place is is that a good location on the hill. It has an amazing boot warmer/glove warmer. I think that it might be tight for six grown adults, but a family of six would be great.

We loved staying here, the ski in/out was literally behind the house which made us enjoy our stay immensely. The apartment was clean, spacious and cozy, very enjoyable for a family stay. Thank you to the owners for installing snow boot heaters/dryers, super convenient for everyday use. We would definitely stay again.

This unit is the basement of a larger unit, the entrance is down and off to the side. That wasn't very clear and it took about 20 min to get a response from the host. The walkway to the entrance also wasn't shoveled clear of snow and ice. The heat wasn't running when we arrived. We found instructions to turn it on in the utility room. You have no control over the thermostat, it was pretty cold for our stay.Otherwise, the location is great right on the slope. The boot warmer and storage for skis and gear is great. Kitchen is well appointed. The memory foam mattress in the main bedroom is very firm.Overall a decent stay for our family of 5.

Thank you for your feedback—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We are sorry for the confusion about which door to enter. We’ll work on making those arrival instructions clearer to avoid any frustration for future guests. The walkways are handled by Boyne Resorts, and at times, it can be difficult for them to keep up during heavier snowstorms, but we will continue to monitor this as best we can.
Regarding the heat, each room is equipped with its own baseboard heater, which can be adjusted individually for comfort. We’ll ensure the instructions for this are clearer so guests can easily control the temperature upon arrival.
We are glad to hear you enjoyed the location, ski storage, and kitchen amenities, and that your family had a good stay overall. We appreciate the helpful notes and will use them to improve the experience moving forward.
Everything you need for a fun weekend at Boyne. Full kitchen well stocked with cups, plates, bowls and silverware. The area for hanging ski gear and the boot dryer is really nice. There's a TV in each room with one of the bunk rooms also having a couch. Great for a family or guys' ski trip. I would give it five stars if it wasn't for the inaccessible thermostat that was set at a very high temp. While I can understand making sure guests don't freeze or heat the place, modern thermostats can have password protected limits set. We had to crack the windows slightly in the bedrooms to sleep comfortably as it would get very warm.
Liked that you can ski in and out. Didn't like the entrance to take your boots off without tracking snow all over the floor.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for staying with us! We didn't know it smelled musty, we will check into that right away as it's the first we are hearing about it. As we mentioned before, this unit does not have A/C and it's not advertised as having it. Usually these lower level condos stay pretty cool in the summer. Glad you had a fun time!

The location of this property is awesome, 2 minutes to get to the Boyneland lift. The management company was very responsive and helpful, Danielle got back to us very quickly and resolved a few minor issues for us. There were a few things that could be improved. First the condition of the pans, cooking utensils, and the coffee maker could all be upgraded. The coffee maker took over 45 minutes to brew 1 pot, the pans were really old and in bad condition. Also, there are hardly any paper products on hand, so bring your own, along with basics like plastic wrap or tinfoil. A half a roll of paper towel, no napkins or kleenex, and not enough toilet paper for 5 adults for the weekend. Although this unit sleeps 6-8, it only has seating for 4 in the living area. Anyone else has to sit in the kitchen area. Luckily our friends bought a few extra camp chairs that we just used in the living area. The unit was very clean and the bedrooms were comfortable.

Hi Amanda, it was such a pleasure to have you stay with us! I am incredibly sorry about the paper products issue! I will be checking with out housekeeping staff to make sure this doesn't happen again. Also, when I am out there I will take a look at the pots and pans - we want people to be able to stay in and cook so we appreciate you pointing this out to us! We really appreciate the review and look forward to having you back!
Our stay at our condo at the Disciples 612 was excellent. Very accurate description of the property and also very clean. The only thing we had an issue with was our Carbon Monoxide Alarm going off in the middle of the night with a dead battery. Unable to find a new battery in the condo. Otherwise we had a great stay and so enjoyed the Mountain and the surrounding area!
This is the second time we have rented this unit. The location for skiers is awesome. This unit is extremely clean and well maintained. We enjoy the Nordic inspired furnishings. The property manager was very accommodating to our requests.

We really enjoyed our week at Boyne/Disciples Village. Having this condo on property at Boyne was great as we were able to take advantage of many of the amenities offered through the resort. Boyne is also a great central location to visit many of the beautiful towns in northern MI.
The unit is very spacious, clean and in a great location.
There is a nice patio in front of the condo however there are no outdoor furniture. A couple of chairs and a small table would make this space more useful.

The only flaw in the description of the property is that we were not told the unit was not air conditioned! With 90 degree temperatures for three of our five day stay the unit became quite uncomfortable. The bedroom configuration with a double bed and two bunk beds in each bedroom was also a bit strange. Not having at least one queen size bed was a bit of an inconvenience.

The location of this unit is great. Walk right onto a green slope with a lift. The unit was clean and provided all the necessities. The fireplace was a definite bonus. The amount of paper goods was not sufficient for a four night stay so bring your own paper towels and toilet paper (we had to go buy some.) Good value and excellent location!

My family loved this condo in northern Michigan. It was clean and the owner was great. There were many things to do at the property. We would have liked some patio furniture on the big porch and 2 portable air conditioners for the daytime in late July. It was more than cool enough at night though. Great rental though😃

Great ski condo, couldn't ask for a better location. On the slopes and walking distance to lodge. Place was clean and plenty of beds. Only slight drawback is that lower units catch a lot of noise from upstairs -- fine if you get up early.

Excellent Summer Vacation spot in Northern Michigan
We took our family of 5 (including two teenagers) to Boyne Mtn resort for an end of summer getaway. The condo was great: very clean, nicely accommodated, plenty of room, within walking distance to the main lodge, shops, hiking, disc golf course (on the mtn), mtn biking, etc. The resort has a great private beach on Deer lake - great for swimming & kayaking. Very professional and helpful in terms of booking, info, etc. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others.
