Cozy Brick Cottage near AU Campus!

Each bedroom within this 4BR/4BA home is stylishly furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, lamp(s), wall decor, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Each suite also features its own private bathroom & walk-in closet. The tubs are porcelain-coated, insulated steel with each featuring unique tile surrounds and niches.

Looking for privacy? *All bedroom and bathroom walls are insulated to ensure limited noise transfer and maximum privacy for each guest.

The location is perfect for all athletic events, graduation, parent visits, college tours, Camp War Eagle, golfing, shopping and more. The home offers great off-street parking (6+ vehicles) in a quiet & convenient neighborhood.

Guests will enjoy full access to the home. This includes all four bedrooms & bathrooms, laundry room, central kitchen & living, and fenced backyard. The backyard is privacy fenced and has a concrete patio. Outside there is a table with six chairs, umbrella, and a gas grill available to use.

Fully equipped kitchen!

This charming cottage received a full renovation by Pythoge LLC., the area's premier renovation company. Essentially only the bricks remained from the original structure. After months of demolition, planning, & construction, the home transformed into a mid-century modern masterpiece. Sleek chrome fixtures, stainless appliances, & stark black & white color contrasts really set the tone for a luxurious stay.

We simply cannot express how wonderful this home is for families or bigger groups visiting Auburn! The hosts were so easy to work with. The house has every single thought detail accounted for from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and the campus. We were there on a football weekend and even though the fun was nearby, it is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Don’t look any further - book this property!

Game Day weekend with adult family couples

4 identical rooms and a great area in the middle and outside to socialize. Place had everything we needed and when I had a question, the homeowner was available via text and phone very quickly. Looks exactly like the pictures currently. Highly recommended for 4 couples.

Game Weekend

This property is the perfect game weekend stay. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and not a single detail is missed. It is pristine in side and everything is almost brand new. One of the best we have stayed in for game day and we’ve been coming the past three years. I highly recommend staying here. I will for sure book to stay here in the future. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It exceeded expectations for sure.

Excellent Stay Near Auburn University

This was a wonderful house to stay at for a trip to Auburn University. The house is as pictured and complete with comfortable beds, en suite bathrooms for each bedroom, and enough space for everyone to be comfortable. There were also thoughtful touches throughout, including sound machines in each bedroom and a pack'n'play that we could have used for our one year-old daughter (we brought our own and so did not use it). The host was very responsive throughout our stay. The location is close enough that you could walk to downtown Auburn/the university, although it was too cold during our visit to do so.Overall, we had an excellent stay and would love to stay here again for return trips to Auburn.

Amazing Auburn Experience

We absolutely loved our stay in this lovely, charming home. The neighborhood is quiet & great for daily walks. It’s a great location. You can easily walk downtown or to campus. The beds are comfortable & each room is uniquely decorated. Kitchen is complete with everything you need. Backyard is big, wooded & peaceful. Lots of thoughtful touches were provided to make our stay special. Communication with the owners was stellar. I would highly, highly recommend this property. 5+ stars!!!

Great house for Graduation weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this updated and clean home. It is nice that each bedroom has its own bedroom and great location. It was fun celebrating graduation and Mother’s Day in auburn and the house helped to make everyone comfortable and have a great stay! The owners are great to rent from and very helpful and good communication. We would stay again!

MAGNIFICENT HOME!

So gorgeous, should be profiled in Southern Living Magazine. Had a personalized welcome sign. Even a copier and a cool stool/ speaker gadget. Every room was decorated beautifully. Bathrooms had sparkling tiled showers and stylish sinks. Every amenity possible...even had trial sized Advil, etc in kitchen. Flower beds lovely, all fresh pine straw. Haley was a delight to work with. Stayed here for our daughter's graduation and got a kick out of oversized Auburn rug in yard. Location could not have been better. This place is a homerun!
