Wooden chalet with sea view

This small wooden house ideal for 2 or 4 people will allow you to wake up to the sea and the sun. You will be 500m from the sea but you can also enjoy ten or so beaches that you will select according to the wind (North, South, West and East). In addition, you will be on the Crozon peninsula near Camaret (8min) with its port and its old crémants. In morgat (15min), you will have an evening every Tuesday (Les mardis de morgat) which will allow you to see Musician, clown, comic and show. In addition, you can take the opportunity to go to the end of the world festival (10 min) or Thursday from the port in Brest (45 min)

Lovely house and area

A very nice property that was better and more spacious than the pictures on the website, with a good, modern kitchen and comfortable beds. We stayed here with our 2 children and had a nice week. Presqu’il de Crozon is lovely area to explore. Thank you for the great welcome, swift communication and easy check in.

La chambre interdite

2 nuits passées fin octobre. La note peut paraître très dure, mais c’est à la hauteur de ma déception : l’annonce indique bien 3 chambres. Or il y a 2 chambres et un petit hall à l’étage avec clic-clac. Pas grave, je voulais juste 2 (vraies) chambres… Sauf que la chambre du bas n’était pas accessible (pourtant en photo sur l'annonce), car fermée à clé... A l’arrivée, pas vraiment d’explication. Bref, on s’est retrouvé avec une seule (vraie) chambre. 175€ par nuit pour une chambre et un clic-clac, ça fait cher… et ce n'est pas ce qui était prévu sur l'annonce ! :-( Avec cette chambre interdite, je me retrouve dans le cas d'une annonce mensongère finalement... d'où la sévérité de ma note. Autre mauvais point important : pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée (car le chauffe-eau n'était pas allumé)

Sehr schönes neues Holzhaus mit Meerblick!

Ausführliche Hausübergabe durch sehr nette freundliche Dame. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, etwas abseits des Trubels von Morgat und Camaret. Trotzdem sind beide Häfen gut und schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt sehr gut um die Halbinsel zu erkunden. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie alte Fortanlagen,Ruinen, Häfen und Strände mit dem Auto zu erreichen aber auch zu Fuß zu erwandern. Durch die Lüftungsanlage heizt sich das Haus nicht übermäßig auf, sehr angenehmes Wohnklima.Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhaeltnis.

Chalet tout neuf très agréable

Nous avons passé quelques jours très reposants dans ce lieu. Le chalet se situe à Roscanvel, commune de la pointe nord de cette magnifique presqu'île. Le cadre est quasi exclusivement résidentiel. Très joli chalet tout neuf, sans voisinage direct, avec une vue sur la mer ; non amateurs de bois / boiseries s'abstenir, bien évidemment. Tout y est très propre et fonctionnel, l'habitation est assez grande (4 personnes sans problème). La personne qui vous reçoit est très aimable et répondra à vos éventuelles questions d'ordre technique / logistique ou touristique. Pas vraiment de plages dans les environs directs, il s'agit plutôt de falaises. Mais la traversée et la visite de la presqu'île étant fortement recommandées au vu des paysages à couper le souffle, vous trouverez forcément et facilement votre bonheur à environ quinze à vingt minutes de route (Morgat, Telgruc, etc.). Location à recommander sans aucune retenue, merci pour ce séjour !
