Welcome to our humble 1980's SECOND FLOOR CONDO, in a complex of four unit buildings, has all the basic appliances and equipment in the kitchen for a comfortable stay with a cabin like atmosphere. Bathrooms are stocked with tissue, hand soap and towels. Bedrooms have a soft queen beds with four pillows each, no other sleeping options available.

We are used to staying at resorts where their supply of kitchen items are pretty minimum, here it was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The location was great. The unit was very clean! Will stay here again when the time arises! Thanks!

Quiet and Quaint

Great area, quiet complex, adorable place. Perfect for travelers of four. Everything we needed in the room. Walk was a little further than expected but easy, beautiful and quick. Great communication and easy entrance. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

We had a wedding in Leavenworth and just needed a place to sleep at, but we were so pleasantly surprised by this property! The host was very responsive and accommodating and the property was extremely clean and cozy. We will definitely be staying here again!

Plenty of space, clean, all the amenities, walking distance to downtown. I would stay again. Only thing missing was sitting in living room was not comfortable for a lounging with four people only one couch and two hard chairs

Larger than expected and incredibly clean with a great location. Quiet at night with surprisingly comfortable beds. We loved the Christmas decorations and tree too!

Nice property, great location

Enjoyed our stay at Aventyr Hus. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals, bedrooms were spacious and comfy. Living areas were nicely kept and seated 4 comfortably. Great alternative to the more expensive hotels in town.

We both grew up in Western Washington and raised our kids in a town just a couple hours from Leavenworth.

Why they chose this property

When we started thinking about investment properties we thought of Leavenworth first. We love the area and all the adventure opportunities available. I love the smell of the Ponderosa Pines. We always look forward to spending time there.

What makes this property unique

The view from the deck is wonderful!
The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking tools that we use ourselves.
We have replaced the quality sheets a few times over our time as rental owners and take special care in keeping them as well as the towels clean and refreshed throughout the year.
