Very nice unit however after check in host attempted to charge for stains on lampshade and couch we did not do. Take photos of the unit when you arrive & leave to cover yourself!

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the condo itself, but we do want to clarify the situation for future guests. We did not make this request lightly. The lampshades were brand new, and we have the purchase receipt on file. Every guest arrival is preceded by a detailed walkthrough. Additionally, on the morning of your arrival, after the previous guest checked out and before you checked in, we conducted a video shoot inside the condo for marketing purposes. If the red splatter that was later found on the white lampshade and couch had been present at that time, it would have been immediately obvious. After your departure, our team found matching red stains on both the couch and the lampshade. Fortunately, the couch was successfully cleaned, but the lampshade could not be restored and required replacement. We requested only the $25 replacement cost for that item. We understand that accidental damage can happen, and our goal is always to resolve these situations fairly and respectfully. We stand behind our inspection process and would never charge a guest for damage that existed before their stay. To our future guests: we encourage you to read our many reviews across all booking platforms. They consistently reflect our commitment to honesty, fairness, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality. Accusing a guest of damage they did not cause would be completely out of character for how we have operated over the years, and we are confident that our long history of positive guest experiences speaks for itself.

Girls weekend getaway

We stayed for a girls weekend getaway for aunties and nieces. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, clean home, easy access and how close it was to town. Each room had AC and a fan - super nice when LW reaches 97 degrees!!! We'd definitely stay again!

My husband, son and in-laws stayed the weekend at the condo while attending my sons swim meet in Wenatchee and they had nothing but great things to say. My husband and FIL especially loved the relaxing in the recliners in the evenings after long days in the sun.

This is really a lovely unit. The three bedrooms are spacious, and it was great to have two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals if we wanted to, and even a few spices to get you started. The washer and dryer would also come in handy for longer stays.

The smoke detectors should be in working condition. There should be emergency equipment available in case of power outage. There should be enough TP for the number of guests and days of stay.

We would not host this guest again. Communication was frequent and required an unusually high level of attention. A low smoke detector battery was reported and resolved immediately, but was later cited in a request for a full refund. An unexpected county-wide storm caused a brief power outage on the final day; however, the guest had full amenities for nearly the entire stay and also cited this for a full weeks refund. Despite being advised not to force the washing machine open during the outage, it was pried open and damaged. The condo was left in very poor condition, requiring significantly extended housekeeping time. Overall, this was a challenging stay. In regards to the guest comments: The home was stocked with standard supplies, including eight rolls of toilet paper (4 in each bathroom), yet additional toilet paper was requested on the very first day. A low smoke detector battery was reported and addressed immediately (less than 2 minutes of her reporting it). An unexpected county-wide power outage occurred briefly on the final day, and flashlights were available in the laundry room closet.
