Résidence calme est trÚs bien située

Nous Ă©tions prĂ©sents pour les championnats de France Ă  la piscine. L’emplacement a Ă©tĂ© idĂ©al par rapport Ă  ce lieu. L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© parfait La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs calme le petit plus c’est l’épicerie et la boulangerie en bas de l’immeuble. TrĂšs bon sejoir.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus par cette location. En effet, il y a plus de points nĂ©gatifs que positifs. L'impression gĂ©nĂ©rale de cet appartement est que la propretĂ© des lieux laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. De plus, l'alĂšse et le matelas du lit de la chambre Ă©taient tĂąchĂ©s..sans parler du range couverts et du four qui n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©. A cela s'ajoutent : un volet de la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas, un dĂ©tecteur de fumĂ©e absent, du liquide rinçage lave vaisselle manquant, une climatisation trĂšs bruyante (Ă  savoir qu'il fait trĂšs chaud dans cet appartement car vous ne pourrez pas faire de courant d'air). A notre avis, il manque au moins un tapis de bain dans la salle de bain, un verre Ă  dent. Les points positifs sont Ă  noter : les rangements sont nombreux, beaucoup de cintres Ă  disposition. L'appartement est calme est bien situĂ© (Ă  quelques minutes seulement Ă  pied de la place de la ComĂ©die). Notons Ă©galement que le parking (en option Ă  40 €) est apprĂ©ciable, toutefois il ne faudra pas que vous ayez un trop grand vĂ©hicule, la manoeuvre est assez difficile pour entrer dans le box. Nous trouvons que le rapport qualitĂ© prix n'est pas juste et il est certain que nous ne relouerons pas cette location.

Bel appart en plein coeur de Montpellier

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© cette location en pleines vacances d'Ă©tĂ©. Cet appart est tres bien situĂ© dans Montpellier, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la place comĂ©die et en plein coeur du quartier d'Antigone, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de nombreux commerces et centre commercial. L'appart en lui mĂȘme est sympa avec un sĂ©jour cosy avec petit cuisine semi ouverte sur le salon (passe plat) et une petit terrasse. Une chambre confortable avec salle de bain attenante. Seul gros point nĂ©gatif : l'appartement est annoncĂ© comme climatisĂ© mais ce n'est pas le cas. En effet, une climatisation mobile est a disposition dans la chambre mais celle ci fait beaucoup de bruit ce qui n'est pas tres appreciable pour bien dormir et elle rafrachit donc exclusivement et partiellement la chambre. Si on essayait de laisser la porte ouverte pour en profiter dans le reste de l'appartement cela Ă©tait inutile. La climatisation mobile Ă©tant faite pour maximum 23m2 et non pas la superficie totale de l'appart. Ceci Ă©tait vraiment prĂ©judiciable car l'appartement est situĂ© plein Est (soleil levant) donc il faisait atrocement chaud la journĂ©e mais egalement la nuit car en plein mois de juillet il fait tres chaud a Montpellier et il n'est pas possible, vu la disposition des fenĂȘtres, de faire aeration ou courant d'air. De plus, nous Ă©tions un couple avec un bĂ©bĂ© d'un an et demi donc on a tous beaucoup souffert de la chaleur. Sinon, Ascenseur accessible pour ce 6eme etage ce qui est tres agrĂ©able. Nous avions pris l'option garage situĂ© au sous sol de l'immeuble et avec acces direct par l'ascenseur. Le garage est fermĂ© et sĂ©curisĂ©. Nous avons donc passĂ© une bonne semaine dans cet appartement malgrĂ© la chaleur. Nous ne recommandons donc pas cet appart pour un couple avec des enfants en plein Ă©tĂ© mais pour un jeune couple en mi saison, celui ci est parfait.
