The villa overlooking the plain of Rousillon offers incredible views of Mount Canigou and the sea. Quietly located, it is only less than 10 minutes from downtown and all its amenities.
Decorated tastefully, it offers large, bright rooms. A spacious entrance hall leads to a spacious fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer are in the utility room. A dining room is open to the living room and bedrooms are spread over several floors with their bathroom. Enjoy the south facing pool and sheltered from the north wind and dine on the shaded terrace .From addition, the garden has a barbecue and a pizza oven. A large private parking is available inside the property closed by an electric gate.

The villa was everything we were hoping for .The bedrooms were ideal for the age range of my family (77 down to 2). The facilities were first class, BBQ. Open air gas ring , and pizza oven . The swimming pool was a great asset . We were only 30 minutes away from beautiful villages ,beaches and Perpignan itself .All roind wonderful holiday enjoyed by everyone .

Holiday Le Boulou

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful property. We are 6 adults and 4 children (2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 children (aged 10, 10, 7 and 7). The house is situated up a hill in beautiful location with stunning views and we often watched amazing sunsets from one of the balconies. The outdoor spaces were ideal for us, with very good sitting and eating areas and loungers to sunbathe or relax in more shaded areas. The pool was a major centre of activity for us all. The salt water being very kind to the skin and adults and children having lots of fun in it every day. Table tennis was another hit with both children and adults. The house itself was exceptionally well equipped and had excellent cooking, eating and lounging areas. As a family we enjoy cooking and were very pleased to have such a well equipped and well laid out kitchen as well as outdoor cooking facilities. The Plancha was well used by us. The house has very nice grounds and has ready access to walks and bike trails out of the back garden gate. Mountain bikes were hired (we had good advice from Christine to arrange this ahead of time). There are a number of mountain bike trails some more severe than others. The trails just outside the back gate proved to be great for those of us who liked to run, walk and look at butterflies and birds.The house is nicely situated for trips to the seaside, the mountains and some lovely towns. I highly recommend this property. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

Un agréable séjour au calme

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette spacieuse villa. Tout est bien entretenu, la piscine très agréable et la vue sur les montagnes magnifique. Il aura simplement manqué un second réfrigérateur et un parasol sur la terrasse très bien ensoleillée. L’accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux. Amateur de calme et vie paisible. vous serez servis 😎

A ne pas manquer !

Séjour calme et dépaysant dans cette villa spacieuse et très bien située. Nous avons pu profiter de vues extraordinaires sur l'arrière-pays et sur le lever du soleil sur la mer. Les prestations sont de qualité (propreté, chambres confortables, jouets adaptés aux jeunes enfants, cuisine très bien équipée, grande plancha, accès immédiat aux sentiers de randonnée, course à pied et VTT). La piscine avec sa terrasse ensoleillée reste un espace très appréciable. Accueil sympathique et propriétaires chaleureux, soucieux de notre confort. À recommander, une très belle expérience à vivre !

Superbe villa

Superbe villa, toute équipée, spacieuse, à l'écart de la foule et de la grosse chaleur (sur les flancs du village Le Boulou). Idéal pour vacances farniente ou comme point de départ pour découvrir la côte et la montagne. Besoin de la voiture tout de même car il y a une belle petite montée sur route pour y accéder. Propriétaire très accueillant.

Séjour idéal !

Nous avons passé les 2 dernières semaines du mois de juillet 2016 dans cette villa. Tout était parfait et conforme à la description. La villa est vraiment bien conçue pour que chacun dispose de son espace. Les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques. Ils nous ont renseignés sur ce qu'il y avait à visiter dans la région. Nous n'excluons pas de renouveler l'expérience car il y a beaucoup à découvrir dans les alentours...
