Neo-Breton house classified 4 stars **** (prefecture) completely renovated, quietly located in the dunes of the cove of the capstan. She will welcome you with family, friends or head to head for a relaxing stay on the Cornish lands
House with 4 spacious and bright bedrooms, 2 facing the ocean, and 2 other dune sides. A bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet upstairs with sea views.
The modern and equipped kitchen adjoins the living room of 60m2 with fireplace and wood burner. The terrace will offer you magnificent sunset over the Pointe du Raz.
the white sand beach, supervised in July and August is ideal for surfing, paddle. It is reached on foot at the bottom of the field.
Audierne is 15 minutes by car, a pretty colorful fishing port, on Saturday morning go to the market where you will find local products! The pier on the island of Breast is nearby, the Enez Sun boat will take you to discover the Iroise Sea as well as the beauty of the Isle of Sein.
10 minutes by bike (2 available) from the small village of St Tugen with its 15th century chapel. The capstan's cove is located on the legendary customs path (gr 34). Beautiful walks or bike rides (routes green of France) from the house will take you to the Pointe du Raz or the Pointe de Lervily.
Cornwall hides a wild and intact nature, you can visit Douarnenez (30mn) the city of sardines and its boat museum, Locronan (40mn) its medieval city, Brest and its center of scientific culture (oceanopolis at 1:30 am) and its surroundings Crozon and its romantic coves!

This is a spacious, comfortable house in a beautiful position above the beach of Trez Gouarem. It was spotless on arrival and well equipped and we had 2 weeks of mostly sunny weather, some wild seas and dramatic sunsets. Annick and her husband were very welcoming and friendly and had we needed them, I feel sure they would have responded quickly.

Traumhaus am Strand

Oft machen wir Urlaub in Häusern die wir über Fewo gebucht haben. Selten hat die Beschreibung so gut gepasst wie dieses Mal. Die Lage, das Haus und die Ausstattung war super gut. Die Schlafräume waren ausreichend groß mit Schränken in denen man seine Sachen verstauen konnte. Das Bad war hervorragend und die Küche top ausgestattet. Letztlich kann man sagen, dass man sich dort vom ersten Tag an wohl gefühlt hat.😍 Danke noch einmal an die Besitzer👍 D. Kreuzberg

Das Haus und die Lage iln den Dünen einfach traumhaft Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch die Gegend sehr scön. Wir haben viel unternommen auch sehr schöne Spaziergängen, Auch mit unserem Hund war es problemlos Die Vermieter sehr nett ,im Haus alles was man benötigt, einfach perfekt. Ein wundervoller Ort

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Annick und ihr Mann sind reizende, unproblematische und hilfreiche Vermieter. Der Ort ist wirklich großartig, allerdings hat man hin und wieder Übernachtungs-Nachbarn auf dem angrenzenden Parkplatz. Einen Punkt Abzug bei den Beschreibungen, denn wir dachten es sind 2 Fahrräder vorhanden, es gibt aber nur noch eines. Außerdem wäre zu empfehlen, bei den beiden großen Betten (die wahrscheinlich am meisten genutzt werden) mal die Matratzen zu erneuern. Aber alles in allem hatten wir zwei wundervolle Wochen hier, in einem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus wo man sich sehr wohl fühlt, genug Platz, alles Wichtige vorhanden und dem Meer vor der Türe. Traumhaft!

Un très bon séjour avec 3 enfants et un chien. Emplacement parfait, aussi bien pour se reposer (avec la plage au bout du jardin) que pour aller faire des randonnées notamment sur le GR 34, ou des sports nautiques. C'est sur, on reviendra !

Belle maison exceptionnellement bien située

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables début juillet dans cette maison de vacances magnifiquement située. La situation au milieu d'une réserve naturelle et en même temps très proche de la plage est unique. On peut faire de très belles randonnées directement depuis la maison, en direction d'Audierne ou du Cap du Raz. La maison est bien aménagée et très propre. Les hôtes Annick et Christian étaient très gentils et nous ont accueillis avec des gâteaux bretons et du cidre. Nous aimerions y passer à nouveau nos vacances d'été.

Sommerhaus in den Dünen

Die Lage des Hauses in den Dünen ist unschlagbar! Man kann ohne Auto an den Strand oder ausgedehnte Wanderungen auf den Küstenwegen machen. Der Empfang war mit Kuchen und Cidre sehr freundlich und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern unkompliziert. Leider braucht man das Auto zum Einkauf. Es gibt keine Läden im Weiler in der Nähe. Auf dem Parkplatz neben dem Haus ist immer viel los, aber es stört kaum. Es gibt einen Sichtschutz und die meisten Leute verhalten sich ruhig. Nur einmal wurde unsere Nachtruhe erheblich gestört. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet.

Très belle location, caractéristiques et équipement conformes au descriptif de l'annonce

Nous rêvions d'un séjour en famille avec enfants et petits-enfants en bordure immédiate de l'océan, seuls dans la lande et les dunes de sable, et nous avons été enchantés par le bien TREZ GOAREM loué et le lieu. Proximité idéale de la magnifique plage au bout de la propriété. La maison est très bien équipée avec du mobilier moderne et quasiment neuf. Excellentes prestations. Gestion très professionnelle et chaleureuse.

Séjour de rêve!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Audierne! La maison est fonctionnelle et confortable, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, sympatiques, arrangeants et disponibles. La communication avec eux se fait très aisément. L'emplacement de la maison était exactement conforme à ce que nous voulions. Tout correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Les environs sont magnifiques, impossible de s'ennuyer! Un seul regret: ne pas être restés plus longtemps!!!! Nous reviendrons sûrement. Merci pour tout!

Wunderschönes Haus in außergewöhnlicher Lage

Einfach alles perfekt! Herzlicher Empfang mit knisterndem Kamin, Cidre, Crepe und bretonischem Kuchen. Sofort ankommen und zu Hause fühlen. Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Familie und Hunden. Sehr schön renoviert und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Grandioser Blick auf den Atlantik, großes Grundstück und keine Nachbarn. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit über Weihnachten und Sylvester hier verbracht. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!
