We thoroughly enjoyed our extended weekend stay at the Palmetto Beach house. The listing was accurate, and we would love to stay here again. Pros: Excellent location, nice kitchen, huge shower, covered parking, and fenced in yard perfect for our mini schnauzer. Cons: Latch on the gate and the gas grill needs to be repaired and replaced.

Overall stay at The Palmetto House was excellent. Location is less than a block from the beach and within two blocks of two great gulf front seafood restaurants. Gulf views from the property are now somewhat obscured by recent and ongoing construction of new homes and a Hampton Inn. Communication from hosts was top notch and I would feel very comfortable staying again at one of their properties.

Family vacation

This place was a perfect getaway for our summer vacation. It was located near many good restaurants and attractions, but the biggest bonus was being within walking distance of the beach. I would gladly stay at this place again with my kids!
