Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Beste, zentrale Lage … Markthalle, Grand Plage, Port vieux gleich um die Ecke. kleine aber feine Wohnung und fairer Preis. ich würde nächsten Jahr gerne wieder kommen. Check-in war problematisch, weil die Gastgeberin nur französisch sprach.

Appartement petit mais suffisant pour 2, très bien placé mais pas bruyant. Un petit défaut cependant : manque de chiffons ou eponges pour le nettoyage. Sinon, très bien pour un séjour d'1 semaine

Excellent Location

Location is perfect next to Les Halles and close to many beaches. The apartment was clean and well-stocked for our long-term stay. Jeremy was a great host despite the language barrier.

Logement très agréable

Ce logement est agréable, très bien situé dans le centre de Biarritz. Tout peut être effectué à pied. Aucun bruit dans les alentours malgré un quartier de Biarritz proche halles. Le propriétaire est très agréable et est toujours joignable. Merci encore à vous.

Lage ungünstig

Das Apartment liegt leider so, dass nachts die betrunkenen Heimkehrer aus den Bars rund um die „Halles de la ville Biarritz“ jolend und grölend durch die Straße ziehen. Dies erschwert das Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ungemein. Ich würde das Apartment nur buchen wenn ich selbst zu dieser Gruppe gehöre. Für Familien und Menschen, die nicht jeden Tag nach 2:00 Uhr ins Bett gehen ist die Wohnung leider ungeeignet.

Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n’est pas correspondu à vos souhaits Il est vrai que notre appartement est en centre ville avec ses avantages ( 5 min de la plage, Les Halles, les bars à tapas ...) qui font le charme de Biarritz durant les beaux jours, et les inconvénients d’une ville touristique et vivante. et nous n’avons jamais indiqué dans notre annonce que c’était un quartier sans bruit. votre avis reflète votre perception et cela vous appartient Nous vous conseillons d’éviter les centre ville dans vos prochaines destinations Bonne continuation. Votre studio est très bien placé, proche de toutes commodités. la cuisine et la salle d'eau sont fonctionnellles. La wifi marche très bien. Cependant les couchages ne sont pas confortables.

Réservation de dernière minute. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement très bien équipé et surtout idéalement situé en centre ville. Nous avons profité du centre ville, du marché, des commerces et des restaurants tout autour, et cela sans utiliser de véhicule. Résidence très calme .
