The "Cour Sainte Marguerite" is a typical small courtyard of Lille. It is located in the quiet area of ​​Lille Cormontaigne. A nearby public transportation (subway, bus, V'Lille station) and shops (supermarket, bakery, cafe, pharmacy ...).

Direct underground access from the Lille Flandres and Lille Europe (15min).
By car, easy and direct access in 5 minutes from the motorway.

The Court is composed of 3 houses "twin" and a small courtyard with flowers. The set is closed and ours.

With 4 to 7 beds possible, your house is perfect for a family or a small group of friends.

With an area of ​​50sqm, it consists of a ground floor + 2 floors.
Ground floor: living room with 1 sofa bed, kitchenette and toilet
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a shower room
On 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed and a shower room

The interior staircase is not recommended for people with walking difficulties, and requires some vigilance with all young children.

To preserve the tranquility, the quiet is requested at any time of the day, especially after 22:00. Groups of revelers abstain.

The accommodation will be cleaned after your departure. The provision does not include the dishes and cleaning the kitchen requested to residents.
