Nice cozy place near to downtown

Quiet location, nice terrace. Two blocks to historical downtown. Sometimes difficult to find a parking place on the street. But you can ask owner for help

A very lovely quiet spot in Avignon

We stayed at this place based on the patio photos and it did not disappoint! The patio was large, lovely, well-appointed with recliners, table, and chairs. It was also very quiet and private. The walk into central Avignon was surprisingly short--10 minutes max. The only issue is regarding people who are older and have mobility problems and need railings. There are none to the upper level in the apartment where the shower is. An excellent location to explore Avignon, however, and we would recommend this place strongly.

Our stay in Avignon

In September 2024 we had a wonderful stay in Myriams house in Avignon. The house is near to the Old Town of Avignon (just a few minutes to go), and the house is awful! Myriam organized a parking for the car on the neighbours ground so we didn't have any trouble by searching a parking. The layout of the rooms is fantastic, and the apartment is lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. And Myriam is a great hostess, we got along splendidly. Myriam had an open ear for all questions. We are seriously considering coming back, which we don't usually do...

Eine sehr schöne und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung, einer gut eingerichteten KĂŒche, passablem Equipment und einer wundervollen Terasse. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist etwas warm und ohne Klimaanlage, das könnte im Sommer etwas unangenehm werden. Das ist aber auch mit die einzige Beanstandung. Myriam ist sehr nett und zuvorommen, wir hatten einen defekten Liegestuhl und haben nach der Meldung am nĂ€chsten Tag direkt einen neuen bekommen. Vielen Dank, es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Le logement est bien situé si vous visitez Avignon. Pour nous qui venions en véhicule, l'accÚs de la ruelle et le parking ne sont pas aisés. La situation en surplomb de la rue est agréable pour la terrasse et le logement. A l'intérieur, c'est trÚs tranquille, aucun bruit du voisinage. La décoration est assez rustique et dépaysante. L'escalier d'accÚs à la mezzanine est ajouré et assez déconcertant au début façon échelle de meunier. On regrettera l'absence de four micro-ondes.

TrÚs Déçu !!! cette annonce n'est pas totalement réaliste

ArrivĂ©s Ă  l'adresse indiqueĂ©. La superbe photo de la terrasse n'est pas au rez de chaussĂ©e.... il faut monter un escalier en pierre pour y accĂ©der....c'est une surprise... ArrivĂ©s au premier Ă©tage la cuisine et la salle de vie sont tout Ă  fait convenable...c'est une maison au calme... elle est trĂšs bien situĂ©e par rapport au centre d’Avignon, commerces de proximitĂ©...La salle de bain ? au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage.... pour y accĂ©der ( ainsi qu’aux autres lis ) il faut emprunter cet escalier japonais (sans rampe non sĂ©curisĂ© trop dangereux Ă  utiliser dans mon cas) ....suite Ă  des problĂšmes d’équilibre me voila condamnĂ© Ă  me laver dans la cuisine.... Autre souci... le second Ă©tage en mezzanine le plafond est trĂšs bas.... mon amie s'est cognĂ© la tĂȘte Ă  de nombreuses fois durant le sĂ©jour. Rapport prix /prestation non justifiĂ©

TrÚs bonne location pour un séjour festivalier

L’appartement peut accueillir deux couples dans les deux chambres et une 5e personne sur la mezzanine. L’espace extĂ©rieur est un vrai plus pour les soirĂ©es plus fraĂźches, le salon sĂ©jour est dotĂ© d’une climatisation et la cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e ! Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans l’appartement situĂ© Ă  15 minutes Ă  pied du centre historique d’Avignon, donc parfait pour profiter du festival et ĂȘtre au calme le soir !

Die Wohnung ist schön, Myriam ist unheimlich nett und sehr unkompliziert. FĂŒr Anreisende mit Auto: die Gasse ist sehr eng, aber wenig frequentiert. Zum Ein- und Ausladen des GepĂ€cks kann kurz auf der Straße gehalten werden. ParkplĂ€tze findet man in den engen Gassen eigentlich ganz gut.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, sie liegt herrlich ruhig trotz der NĂ€he zum Stadtzentrum. Einkaufen ist in nĂ€chster NĂ€he möglich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Einzige EinschrĂ€nkung: die Wohnung ist nicht gut geeignet fĂŒr Menschen mit Gehbehuinderung (steile Treppe)
