The home was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The view was amazing and the beach was sandy and so fun. They have lots of beach toys, as well as games, movies, and books for the kids in the house. The hosts were easily accessible and kind. We looked forward to staying here again!

The house was fantastic and Jeremy is a great host. We were pleasantly surprised by how the home was stocked, the size and quality of the finishes, and the overall location. There is so much character throughout! The beach is amazing. Nothing but good things to say and will be highly likely to book this again!

great views from the beautiful windows. sleeping was a bit misleading at booking despite accommodating 8-10 people. kitchen is amazing, don’t forget to use the dehumidifier, basement gets damp. overall good stay! Outdoor area has no fire pit and there isn’t a lot of seating outside.

Please note that PRIOR to this stay, the following message was proactively communicated, as was a response to a question regarding a fire pit. "I noticed you had eight people in your group. I just wanted to make sure that you are familiar with the room descriptions and the sleep arrangements that will be required for a group of eight. The primary bedroom and kids' room are the only private sleeping areas. Overflow sleeping is in the TV room and great room. These are listed in the property description but if you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out." Additionally, these guest were asked NOT to have a fire on the property and chose to anyway. A fire pit is NOT listed in the property description.

When we first saw the property listing, we were unsure of our exact travel dates. I reached out to Jeremy on several occasions to let him know where we stood. Responses were instantaneous. As our arrival was imminent, the instructions were seamless. The timing of our stay, and the departure of the previous guests allowed for Jeremy to reach out and let us know and earlier arrival was possible. The listing and the photos did not do the property justice. The amenities were comfortable and beautiful. Correspondence was seamless. Our travel dates were late in the season, but my wife and I agree that given the opportunity for a "true summer...Lake getaway", this is the place for us. We traveled as just a couple, but the house would easily accommodate our children and granddaughter. We wanted a house on the water, and the property did not disappoint. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and several beautiful sunsets. Five star rating .... all around. Our host was wonderful and his property was a gem. Can't wait to come back. Thank you Jeremy for sharing your home with us!

This is a wonderful, gorgeous, clean property. The kitchen is a dream, everything you could need, and the whole-house water filtration system is especially welcome. The beach is perfect, too. Really a special property! We'd love to stay there again.

Our stay was amazing! It was clean and had everything we would have needed. How the supplies were organized and labeled were appreciated, along with the stock of spices. The views and the beach were beautiful! The communication with the host was great as well. We plan to stay there again.

What a location! This is a stretch of Lake Michigan that is truly an amazing gem. It was wonderful heading down the bluff stairs to swim everyday and walk the beach for miles. The house is stylish and unique!

Wonderful Stay

We had an enjoyable time at this rental. Views are breathtaking, beach was nice and not busy. Downtown Frankfort was super close and enjoyable to shop and dine. Grocery store close by. Everything you would want for a relaxing beach getaway!

Gorgeous views

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway for my partner and I. Lovely panoramic view of the lake. House is set in the woods at the top of the dune with ateps down to the lakeshore within feet of the deck. Beautiful location.

Quaint getaway

Quiet and serene setting. Enjoyed sunsets each day looking out to Lake Michigan. Enjoyed updated kitchen and well stocked household. Very clean.

Beautiful view, great beach walking and comfy home

We had a wonderful time. We walked on the beach and sat up on the deck everyday and all day. Its so beautiful and peaceful. We ate at home because no restaurant could offer the view from this lovely home. It's hard to leave.

We stayed here as a home base as we hosted our daughter’s reception at the Life Saving Station. Perfect location. The view is incredible. I loved waking up every morning as the lake came to life and loved every beautiful sunset. The home worked out great for us. The large counter space was so helpful as we prepared food for the event. We felt right at home. There were a lot of steps down to the beach but it was so worth it. Just a beautiful, gorgeous beach. The host was good with communication. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great family getaway

The home was in a fabulous location with access to the beautiful private beach. Everything was very clean and the home was equipped with all the amenities needed for a great vacation. The only down side was the "sleeping area" off the great room. The pull out couch was lovely but the area did not provide much privacy. It worked for my 16 year old but might be hard for others looking for bedroom type arrangements. We loved staying here and would definitely visit again.

Great hidden bluff location

My husband and myself and our two young children enjoyed our stay here! Perfect home for a family of 2 young children or even just a couple visiting. Beach was beautiful, totally private but a HIKE down there. Be warned lol! Kitchen was beautiful and equipped with everything you need.Very clean & great time! Hosts were helpful and provided lots of local resources and ideas!

Glorious

There are panoramic views of Lake Michigan. Arcadia dunes to the south and Frankfurt break water to the north. The home is comfortable and well appointed. The architecture is interesting with stone work inside and out. This was our second time renting the home and we’ll be back.
