Summary:
Canal front 2/2 with ocean views and relaxing breezes!

The Space:
This canal front two bedroom two bathroom home offers a large open living area with kitchen and dining rooms opening to a large screened patio with ocean breezes - just a couple of homes away from the open ocean with unobstructed ocean views.


As you walk up the exterior steps you enter the main floor patio which is screened in and overlooks the Atlantic ocean. The main living area features a full kitchen, dining area, living space with a pull out couch and television. The main floor also has the guest bedroom with two twin beds. As you go up the spiral staircase you will enter the master suite which has direct ocean views, king size bed, and ensuite bathroom. You also have your own private balcony. The views will leave you awestruck!


This home has covered parking for two vehicles and exposed parking for up to two more. The dock has space for up to a 25' boat directly behind the home and a community boat ramp at the end of the street. Washer and dryer are located in their own room outside of the master bedroom on the patio. There is also an observation deck on the roof of the home! 


Lower matecumbe is known as one of the fishing capitals of the united states and this home is right in the middle of it. Easy access to both the ocean and bay gives you the most versatile options when it comes to fishing spots. You also have charters available just up the road which will take you to some of the most prime fishing the Florida Keys has to offer!

We had a great time staying at 134 Sea Lane. It was very enjoyable. We definitely rate this place a 10. The facility is in a great location and the place was like new. We had everything we needed to make our week in the Keys a great week. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were furnished in excellent fashion. The place was spotless when we arrived, and we could not have asked for any changes to the place. We will definitely come again next year and hope the house is available. The house made our vacation special and very enjoyable.

Great location

The house is in a perfect spot! The view is just amazing. The location is perfect to bring a boat and fish. The house was clean. There are some areas that need improvement. The towels are really old and faded; the kitchen appliances are also pretty old. The dishwasher does clean very well. The lounge chairs on decks are old and uncomfortable. The living room furniture are pretty uncomfortable. There was no ability to use streaming services, like Netflix. There’s only basic cable.

Great Location, Great Residence,...

Great Location. Spotless home with a light beachy elegant motif mixed with the love of fishing and the ocean. A small man made jetty providing protection for the channel inlet had a beach hut with picnic table and cleaning startion for the fisherman in your group. The jetty, a very short walk from the property just one residence away, was a great place to hang out in-between excursions and you can catch fish casting from its rocks. Fun time, centrally located on the keys. A close drive to the state park on Layton Key if you're a flats fisherman who like to wade. Would go back. It is a 2 bedroom, not 3, but has a pull out sleeper in the living room thus allowing accommodations for 6. This could have mattered a little for us, however, another couple who was planning to join our group did not make it, thus it was not an issue.
