Beautiful and clean home for your next getaway! Relax and enjoy the view and privacy with all conveniences of being close to town. Same great La Marina, new updated listing. La Marina has been a vacation rental since 2012, with over 30 positive reviews (see photos for screenshots of reviews).

We invite you to come and enjoy our spacious and beautiful lakefront rental house for your next vacation. Take advantage of our onsite marina (at no extra charge) and make use of the large dock space by fishing, boating, swimming or just soaking up the sun.

La Marina is a full house, not a cabin or cottage and is HANDICAP and DOG friendly. There are 3 main bedrooms and an optional extra bedroom (small extra charge) with outdoor entrance. Master bedroom has 1 king bed, 1 twin sofa bed and has a private bath with shower and jacuzzi tub. 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed and twin bunk beds. 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed. There is one queen and one twin sofa beds located in the living room. The extra room for our guests who would like to have the benefit of one more bedroom can be rented for an additional $40 per night, it has outdoor access just a short distance down the walk from the main door of the house. The extra room has 1 queen bed. There is a large deck out front to BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining. The view from the kitchen, living room and deck are unforgettable.

Pet fee is $65 per pet non-refundable.
NO cleaning fee, but we expect a clean house when you leave.

We are not responsible for any illness or injury during your stay. Staying on the property is your agreement to this policy. Use of the property is at your own risk.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Counters and fridge wiped down. All dishes done and put away (keep in mind dishwasher run time). Laundry takes us the longest, so running a few loads really helps
We don’t charge a cleaning fee, but do expect a clean house when you leave. Please leave the house tidy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For ease of cleaning, please book Sunday-Sunday when making reservations in July and August.
We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we expect a clean home when you depart.
We will sanitize between guests to assure a safe environment, but we are NOT responsible for any illness that may be contracted during your stay.

This is our 4th or 5th time staying here. Each time we see new improvements and this time was no different. We missed 2024 and 2024, so there was new flooring, new AC unit and an amazing deck.Madison is always responsive to our needs. Her communications are clear and prompt. The house is wonderful! Exactly as described and MORE!! Everything is updated, modern and very clean. It has everything you need and if theres something extra you want, theres a few restaurants, a grocery store AND an espresso cafe all within walking distance. The lake view is stunning! So peaceful and quiet. The host....shes absolutely wonderful! Shes very nice and and easy going. She made our stay comfortable and easy. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us. Beautiful scenery

This vrbo was beyond our our expectations, we have a annual Mother’s Day weekend and have stayed all over the place but I think this one is probably our favorite, plenty of room, walking distance to stores and completely private while in the house and enjoying the lake, we’ll be back!

We love this lakeside home

We’ve been visiting this lake house for four years with our family, which includes two children in wheelchairs. The property is incredibly accessible, and we’ve grown to love it so much. The amenities are fantastic—there’s a spacious doc overlooking the lake with great fishing, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for family meals.

Another great time at LaMarina

We just returned from our fifth year at LaMarina. This is a one of a kind property that is very private and yet close enough to walk to dinner in town. We spend most of our time fishing, but the lake is not crowded if you like water sports. We will certainly be back!

Everything was just as expected. The lakefront house was perfect for our family. The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. Jerry was a really nice guy and it wasn’t awkward at all having him in his apartment while we were there.

Family Gathering

We truly enjoyed our stay, start to finish. The convenience of the grocery store a plus. We did wish for an umbrella for the deck tables as the morning sun was quite intense. Overall, we absolutely loved the property and the quiet peaceful nature and atmosphere. Ice cream store nearby in town.

Great waterfront home in Oroville

Beautiful spot on the water, right in town and very convenient. The house worked out great for our family group, and being able to have our dog with us was a rare bonus. The deck on the water is a great feature and we all enjoyed fishing for bass right from the dock, as well as the lake and river. Thanks for having us! Good chance we will be back!

Relaxing week away

Had a great stay. House was spacious and very livable for 2 couples and 2 teens. Loved the large deck overlooking the water and easy access for paddle boards to come and go. Lots of fun wildlife watching — deer, beaver, birds kept us entertained. Great to be able to have our family dogs be able to join us. Madison was a very helpful and responsive host — though we didn’t really need much as the house was we’l equipped and the grocery store was 2 min away. Would love to visit again. Thanks!

Amazing Vacation #3

This June was our third family vacation at La Marina lake house. We spent a lot of time in the water, caught fish, took walks over to Osoyoos Lake Veteran's Memorial Park (where the boat ramp is), visited a few vintage/thrift shops in Oroville, walked across the street to get our morning beverages at Salted 1940 cafe, made several trips across the street to Akins Foods - a pretty amazing grocery store with an Organic section! This is such a delightful piece of property and house to relax and enjoy for all ages. House includes all of the necessities for cooking, laundry, boating, views of lake and mountains, plenty of seating on back deck, ample parking 3-4 cars/boats. We will be back next year and years to come we hope!
