Apartment of 2015, with an area of 80m ² with a glass roof in the main room that gives it a beautiful light. The apartment is ideal for 6 people. You will have a beautiful terrace of 20m ² exposed SE
Ideally located you will enjoy the benefits of the city without the inconveniences.
The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the beach Hacqueville, ideal for a swim with the family, quiet.
A 5 minute walk from the city center, you will not need to take the car to go shopping and walk to the Saturday morning. However if you prefer you can use the city buses, the bus stop is 50 m from the apartment.
The accommodation has 3 bedrooms. Of 13 m2, two of them are equipped with beds of 140, and the third has 2 beds of 90 with independent mattresses. (possibility of making bed of 160)
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, a large fridge with 3 hobs freezer and a dishwasher. You will have all the dishes for 6 people and if you have a special request it will not hesitate to let us know and we will try to meet your needs (raclette machine, multi-crepes party, waffle iron, etc ... )
If you wish, on request before your arrival, we can provide all the necessary equipment for children and babies.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is equipped with a piece of furniture with double sink and a towel dryer.

You will have a television with orange box and internet access.

Great stay in Grandville

We (parents with 3 kids) enjoyed our stay in this spacious “apartment”. It is on one hand in a quite neighbourhood, but it is very convenient (close) to beach, supermarket, Grandville citycenter and “old town”.

Very enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment, it's large, spacious, well kitted out and has a nice terrace. Parking is easy; just outside the building and it's a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre. I was a bit annoyed at having to pay 70 Euros to have the place cleaned at the end of the stay, and felt it should've been included in the overall price. Also, the wifi details we were given were wrong and I had to ask the owner who lives next door for help. Overall though, it was a nice place to stay and would recommend it to others. Enjoy!

Séjour agréable mais bruyant et lits inconfortables

Appartement bien agencé avec une terrasse agréable quand le gymnase se trouvant juste à côté n est pas utilisé. En effet, le stage de basket et match de 10h à 12h puis de 19h30 à 22h30 rend inutilisable la terrasse ( très bruyant, sifflet, encouragements...) et necessite de fermer les fenêtres. Lits doubles inconfortables avec des creux au milieu. Lits simples avec des matelas inconfortables. Équipement correct.également.

Appartement familial à Granville

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement avec trois chambres qui correspondait à nos besoins avec trois enfants. Le contact avec les hôtes a été facile par messages et téléphone pour l'arrivée. Sur place, ils étaient discrets néanmoins prêts à répondre si nécessaire, ce qui est appréciable. Nous les remercions vivement d'avoir pu ainsi découvrir Granville et ses environs.

Appartement was netjes en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie was ook goed. Hebben een leuke week gehad. Met 5 a 6 personen is dit appartement een aanrader om Normandie te ontdekken. Hele rustige omgeving op kwartiertje lopen van het stadje vandaan

Excellent apartment

We fully enjoyed our stay in the house/apartment. It is very clean and comfortable and close to (old) city, beach and supermarket. Granville is a nice little city with a marina, beaches and some small musea. The owners and cleaning lady are very kind and helpful. We will for sure return.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Granville

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Granville und in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und sie hat sich gleich gekümmert oder uns Vorschläge für Restaurants, umliegende Strände etc. gegeben. Man kann zu Fuß zum Hafen und in die Stadt, muss man aber nicht. Mit dem Auto erreicht man diese in 5 Minuten. Wir persönlich fanden die umliegenden Strände (die mit dem Auto in weniger als 15 Minuten erreichbar waren) schöner. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer könnte etwas größer sein 😉 Die Lage für Ausflüge z.B. Le Mont Saint Michel ist ideal.

Familienfreundliche Wohnung in Meeresnähe

Das Apartment befindet sich im ersten Geschoss eines Nebengebäudes auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für eine Familie. Der nächste Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt.

Modern,groß und nah an der Küste

Die Wohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet und hat genug Platz, liegt ruhig und hat einen tollen riesigen Balkon. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Das Appartment ist im separaten Nebengebäude. Granville hat viel zu bieten und wir waren vom großen Tidenhub beeindruckt. In jeder Bucht sah der Strand anders aus.

Lovely Apartment in an ideal location

The apartment was well equipped with every thing you needed .The sun terrace was a real bonus for meals alfresco and sun bathing . Boulangerie , Lidel and beach all with in walking distance and a 10min walk into Granville. The owner Mme Helaine was a really lovely lady who spoke good English . We would highly recommend this property for a great holiday.

le confort est irréprochable , literie de très bonne qualité, avons eu juste un petit soucis concernant le linge de maison et serviette de toilette qui semblaient inclus dans le contrat de location et qui en fait devait être facturable, aucune mauvaise surprise avions également la possibilité de garer 2 voitures sécurisés par une porte la grande terrasse tres confortable

Séjour fort agréable

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à cette propriété moderne de Granville. L'accueil a été des plus chaleureux. L'appartement est très propre, spacieux et bien équipé. La situation géographique permet de se rendre à pied à la plage ou en ville. Les commerces de proximité sont accessibles à pied. Les sympathiques propriétaires ont aussi mis à notre disposition des vélos. On a bénéficié de la tranquilité des lieux pour se reposer et de la grande terrasse pour des repas à l'extérieur. Et un séjour à Granville permet de découvrir les nombreux attraits touristiques de la région. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement.
