Villa 230m2 for 12 people with swimming pool on raised ground of 3000m2 in edge of Rhone. Near Lyon, 20 minutes from the Stadium lights, 15 minutes from the airport / train station St Exupery, 15 minutes from Perugia, 5 minutes from Cremieux. Ideal womens world cup 2019, tourism, fishing, relaxing friends or family. Great receptions abstain
230 m2: large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with bath, 2 toilets, secure pool (telescopic shelter), wooded park of 3000 m2 on the banks of the Rhone, barbecue, petanque, closed property and without screws to screw.
Our accommodation is composed of 1 bedroom with a bed 160, 2 bedrooms with beds for children and a large dormitory for 10 people.
Supermarket (open on Sunday morning) and bakery 200m from the house. 5 minutes walk. Shopping center at a car
15 minutes from the airport / St Exupéry train station, 15 minutes from the Meyzieu ZI tram stop (light stage access, Lyon center)

Beautiful property with very helpful owners
The swimming pool in riverfront setting make this a very relaxing and practical property, especially in the summertime. Also, the owners were so very helpful both before our stay and during our stay. They even ordered pizza for us the first night because we got in late and didn’t have time to go to the grocery store. This part of France is so close to Switzerland and Italy as well wonderful places in France, so it is a great location for day trips too.
