You will appreciate the peace and the unique loneliness offered by this beautiful nature!
However, the proximity of the village (Vernoux en Vivarais 2km) gives you access to all types of shops. Beautifully decorated simply but with charm, the house has every comfort.
In addition to a garden without limit you will enjoy a beautiful courtyard with a beautiful open view and diving, for your lunches, dinners or "aperitifs sunsets"!
The house offers you 3 double bedrooms, two with a bathroom, and one of them at an exit on the garden at the back of the house.
A bathroom (with bathtub) and a separate toilet. The kitchen is open to the living room.
The house is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, electric coffee makers, toaster, kettle. A TV with a DVD player is at your disposal, but no access to TV channels! The house does not have internet connection either. It's a choice...
Outside, you will have garden furniture: dining table and chairs under an awning for your meals, deckchairs, a hammock under the cherry trees (the net plus ultra for the nap ...), a BBQ and a ping pong table. A deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival.
