Spacious 2 bedroom ski in/ski out condo

We had a fantastic time! Access to the snow from either the Grammy Jay trail or the kids mountain adventure center. The condo had plenty of room for 4 people and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and clean!

Great location for our family of four! We just had to walk across the street to get the kids to ski school in the morning! Could ski in via two different routes and ski out Grammy jay! Easy to coordinate and the condo was very clean!

Great spot to ski Jay!

David's place was a great spot for our annual ski weekend at Jay! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed to relax and cook meals, exactly as described. It's as close to Stateside as Jay condos get, so you can't beat the ski in/out location. We hope to stay here again next winter!

Amazing condo right on the mountain. Comfortable living space and large enough dining room table to play games and eat as a family. Very clean. One downside of Jay Peak (and not of the condo) is that the food options are not great. The restaurants we went to were pretty mediocre (or worse) and there is no local supermarket. Would suggest you bring all your food up with you to cook in the condo.

Everything was immaculate and well taken care of, instructions were simple and not a ton of check out responsibilities which can take time away from your trip! Very communicative! Great location. Would definitely recommend to others!

March Spring Break

The condo was clean and spacious, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. The kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to prepare all our meals in the condo. The location was ideal, providing convenient access to the Boni and Jet lifts. We also enjoyed the games! Conditions were unreal!! We look forward to returning in the future!

Excellent Stateside Condo

The condo was spacious and clean. The 2 bedroom open concept was perfect to relax in each night. The kitchen is fully equipped so we could choose to cook our meals. The condo is so close to stateside, we could walk to the trail.We did bring a shovel to help clear our car but not a bad issue to have on a ski vacation!

Great Ski Getaway!

We had an incredible vacation at Jay Peak! The condo was perfect for our family of four (including two kids). Lots of space to relax after a fun-filled day on the slopes. We enjoyed being a short walk to Grammy Jay for ski in/out convenience. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs and it was nice to have a washer/dryer available, too.

Great Ski In/Ski Out Weekend at Jay!

The condo was wonderful! Ski in / Ski out was SO convenient.......Sometimes the meaning of "ski in ski out" phrase can be exaggerated, but this was the real deal, and right off the Grammy Jay trail and lift. The open layout of the Kitchen, dining and family room was great . Checkin process was super efficient and they even allowed us to extend our checkout by an hour or two, which was very helpful. Communication with both the owner and property Manager was very clear and concise. Will repeat again next year!

Cozy Condo

My family needed accommodations for our weekend at Jay Peak, and were lucky that we found this condo. It was clean and a great size for our family. We could have walked to the lifts on Stateside or to the Grammy Jay trail, but chose to drive over to the hotel parking for convenience in meeting our friends. The condo had everything we needed including games to keep the kids entertained during downtime.

Awesome weekend!

We had a fabulous stay this past weekend. The condo was perfect for the four of us. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and updated. It was a short walk out to the trail, so it made skiing in and out very easy. David was very easy to work with. Great communication. Would definitely recommend.
