We had a fantastic time at this rental. The host was exceptional. He even helped us with a special accommodation. The location could not be better! We really enjoyed our whole trip, and fondue night.
Clean, ready on time, timely responses to inquires, great knowledge of the area and mountian, amazing location, great set up inside the condo, had all the essentials, set up for success to have a great time at Jay.
Condo was very clean and well appointed, and host communication was clear. The living space was generous so we had room to lounge after being outside. It is truly ski-in, ski-out - right off a green run that gets you to either side of the resort, and a few minutes walk from the Stateside lodge (helpful for ski rental or gear shop needs). Excellent rental and we would definitely return!

Great! It was clean and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and appreciated the prompt communication.
My family and I stayed at the this slope side condo on Jay Peak in early January. The owner, Bill was incredible at accommodating us a day early in order to avoid traveling in a snow storm. He had it cleaned and ready for us upon arrival. We found the condo very clean and well equipped. It had a great layout, comfortable beds and unbeatable location! The fireplace was amazing after a long day of skiing. We would not hesitate renting this condo again!

From the owner: "Thanks for the really nice review, Karla! You all were wonderful guests and glad to hear you could warm up by the awesome fireplace. We hope to see you back again soon!"
Jay Peak is a great mountain for staying right on the slopes. This unit is literally 10 feet from a trail that brings you down to an old chairlift that gets you onto the mountain. The unit was clean and well-stocked. The description and photos are accurate. Our only complaint was that the lighting needs to be updated. Many of the fluorescent bulbs flickered or were burned out and they should all be replaced with LEDs.
