Decorator Studio Apartment with a new very comfortable top of line King Platform bed - A Double Futon (that can be opened into a very comfy bed) Dressing area, Large Visio 55" TV, Full size Washer Dryer, European tile bathroom with step in shower, Pretty large kitchen with all appliances (Leibherr refrigerator, Farm sink, Full size Breville toaster oven, Microwave and induction cooktop, dining table. We leave various condiments: tea, coffee, creamer, snack items for our guests that arrive tired and hungry late and need to have a snack. The apartment is super cozy completely private entrance and romantic. Beautiful all cotton organic sheets, crisp hotel style linens and towels. We leave various soaps and shampoos and conditioners for you. A perfect respite at the end of a busy day exploring Long Island City, Manhattan and Astoria and all the restaurants, museums and sights! All natural cleaning products, only 100% cotton and organic linens, top of the line everything! This lovely studio is airy, BRAND NEW and gorgeous. The area is super safe, and tranquil but down the streets bustling with the best offerings in food in all of New York! From here you can easily explore all of New York City, the theater district, Central Park is only 15 min by train! Astoria is a bustling area filled with international restaurants and shops, you can travel by NY Subway about 15 min to Midtown Manhattan - you can take the new Astoria Ferry to Manhattan and in 20 minutes be at South Street Seaport/Wall Street and The September 11th memorial park. Astoria Park is just two blocks where the sunsets over Manhattan are magnificent. We take great pride in this truly beautiful new home and we love hosting families from around the world! Let us know what questions you may have. (for those of you who need to drive parking is SUPER easy on the street, we park our own cars there and we can advise on this). The water in the house is filtered so you do not need to purchase drinking bottles and we provide shopping bags so that we do not need to use more plastic.

Great place to stay!

This apartment is so cute and comfortable and has everything you need. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants, stores, grocery’s. Christina is quick at responding and willing to accommodate our stay. The check in process is the easiest I’ve experienced. Overall I would recommend and stay again! Yes

Wonderful Stay

The property was wonderful and very accommodating for our quick trip to the city. Close and convenient to everything and in a quiet safe neighborhood and the accommodations were so clean and comfortable making for a great trip!

BEST PLACE EVER!

Christine was an INCREDIBLE host. This apartment was beautifully decorated and the bed was SO comfortable. The sheets were organic cotton and felt so nice against our skin! Christine was very responsive and I texted her throughout our stay. She provided coffee, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, and all the creature comfort one needs to have an incredible time. The apartment was in an amazing location and was only a 20 minute subway ride to Times Square. Next time, we will be bringing our children and will be staying here again. Thank you so much Christine! We had an incredible time!

Quick weekend visit with son

Christina was a great host with great information. The property was very clean and quiet. I never sleep well when traveling. This was a relaxing and quiet property. We weren’t there much but when we were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

We are environmentally conscious and if that is something that appeals to you know that in this home you will be surrounded by organic cotton sheets, no VOC paints and fine cotton towels and linens and only green no impact cleaning products. Excellent for children and chemically sensitive. We also have a full house water filter.

What makes this property unique

Our location to Manhattan is so convenient and yet a respite of quiet in the evenings. Full house water filter. Beautifully decorated. Private. Pretty Garden in front and back. Great hosts! Two blocks from the most beautiful sunset views over the Manhattan skyline. Ability to attach this apartment with a larger one for more people. Organic sheets and all cotton linens and towels. No VOC products and whole house water filter, gentle green cleaning products. Pristine and new. Really like a fine hotel.
