Located at 305A in the Majestic Sun, part of the Seascape Resort on Miramar Beach. Enjoy sitting on the private balcony of this beachfront condo with unobstructed views and direct beach access. This unit is conveniently located on the 3rd floor, with direct access from the parking garage walk over. No need to get on the elevator or take stairs coming or going from your vehicle to the unit. Living, dining, and kitchen areas are spacious with 9 ft ceilings and fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. Tile floors are throughout the condo in living and bedroom areas. The kitchen is fully updated with seaglass quartz countertops, glass backsplash, new appliances, and a pantry. Master bedroom has tile floors, a king bed, dresser, flat screen TV, DVR, ceiling fan and a private bathroom with two sinks, seaglass quartz countertops, and a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has tile floors, 2 double beds, dresser, flat screen TV, DVR, ceiling fan, with direct access to a bathroom with seaglass quartz countertops, and a tub/shower combo. The unit also comes with a washer/dryer combo. The Majestic sun has a wonderful indoor heated pool that leads to the outdoor pool and two hot tubs. A souvenir shop and fitness center is located on the ground floor of the Majestic Sun. Located in the Seascape resort are tennis facilities and an 18 hole, par 70 golf course with driving range and pro shop. Located in the town center of Seascape are a number of restaurants, a liquor store, and arcade with ropes course.

Nice Stay

We stayed here for a few days as we broke apart our other vacations. Nice furniture comfy beds. Always a great view from the majestic balcony.

Miramar Beach Fun

This condo was perfect. Easy access with parking on the same floor as the condo. Loved sitting on the lanai and watching the beach and waves. The indoor heated pool was great for a late night swim. We loved every minute of our stay!

Family Spring Break Getaway

Perfect for the Family!

This trip could not have been any better(unless it was longer). Check in/check out was so simple! The unit was located SO close to the garage and elevators loading/unloading company have been easier. There are multiple pools, however our favorite indoor/outdoor was HEATED, and family favorite. We will absolutely be back! Thanks so much!!!

Honeymoon and first time in Destin/ Sandestin

Our stay was superb, everything we needed the condo had. From restaurant , emergency, bars, shopping, to renting beach chairs, cooking utensis, etc. The condo is beach front and things are in walking distance. The condo was very clean, the easiness of parking on the 3rd level of the parking deck and taking the breezeway to the condo. We will definitely be coming back and booking the same unit.
