Elevator within 20 steps as well as steps if you don't like to wait in. Gated private resort located directly on beach. Wonderful views of the Gulf, Tennis Courts, and surrounding areas! 2 bedrooms / 2 baths - 1340 sq. ft. , 2 TVs (with cable/HBO), 2 VCRs, CD, DVD Surround Sound Stereo, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, 2-Pools (one heated), Outdoor Hot Tub, and Children's Wading Pool and waterfall play area, Fitness Center, Shuffleboard, Tennis Courts, Basket-ball Courts, BBQ Grills provided, 24 hour security and secured access, Covered Parking Garage.

Rental rates include up to 6 guests and 1 vehicle parking pass. Each additional guest is $25 per person (up to 8) and one additional vehicle parking pass is $50. This is collected prior to check in at the gate to avoid any disruption in the check in process.
