Look no further, luxury awaits, this location is perfect, the home is spacious, contemporary, bright and airy. You have arrived. Walk to skiing, hiking trails and Main Street. Or go mountain biking or fly fish the Provo.

This stunning 4 bedroom 4 bathroom mountain transitional home has all the amenities for the perfect getaway. Step into the lower level from the heated two car garage. The lower level has a bunk room, with 4 double bunk beds and a walk-in closet. There is a bathroom with a tub/shower and also the laundry room. The large ski prep area has plenty of storage for helmets, jackets and boots.
Transitioning up the white oak open staircase you will land in the kitchen and living area of the home. There is a large dining table to serve the meal you ordered in or the meal you made in the fabulous kitchen. This place is Dinner Club ready, with a myriad of spices, oils, and all the tools necessary to take on Bobby Flay! The kitchen is every chef's dream. You will find a Sub Zero refrigerator, a Wolf Induction cooktop, a Wolf drawer microwave and Wolf double wall ovens along with a dishwasher. The spacious quartzite island is perfect for entertaining and the roomy kitchen allows for many happy chefs! In the butler serving area is an under counter beverage fridge along with a small dishwasher. It only gets better.

After dinner, meander over to the gathering area where you can try your hand at shuffleboard. Or maybe you'd prefer to play cards at the high top table. There is ample room to relax in front of the 55" flatscreen and gas fireplace. There are plenty of games to keep the party going. The twinkling lights of Old Town will charm you. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and a flat screen on this floor. Adjacent is a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs you will find two master suites, both boasting king beds, oak beams, high ceilings and ample space to relax and unwind. Of course you will find flat screens in these rooms too. There is plenty of space to unpack in the walk-in closets.

Off the kitchen is a heated patio with a remote start fire pit and Wolf BBQ Grill. There is a built in bench next to the fire pit. The Caldera Hot Tub will soothe those muscles after a day on the slopes or a day of mountain biking.
The home is equipped with WiFi and Sonos throughout. With the Sonos app you can listen to your favorite tune while your friends enjoy their own music in their bedroom. All floors have in-floor heating. Nothing was missed. Treat yourself and unwind.

What a beautiful home! Perfect location for walking in to town for restaurants and bars.

ski in ski out was very easy. The owners of this home spared no expense or detail in finishing this beautiful property well stocked with everything you need to cook. Our family of seven was very comfortable, there's plenty of room. And the shuffleboard and hot tub are fantastic. Unfortunately it was too snowy to use the barbecue or the fire pit but I'm sure they were lovely as well.

Perfect Park City Home

This is a beautiful home in a perfect spot overlooking Park City and the mountains and is a quick walk to Main Street or Park City Mountain skiing. The home is modern and well designed, with comfortable furnishings and is appointed with anything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fantastic with high end appliances and plenty of room for a large family or group. All the bedrooms have super comfortable beds and bedding. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the construction and design of this home. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Park City Location

We had a fabulous time at this property in Park City! It was fully stocked with most anything we needed and the home is gorgeous! It was perfect for our family! We enjoyed being so close to Main Street and the Town Lift. It is close enough to Town Lift with a few steps and a little stroll for a great ski in/ski out. While we were there the mountain was low on snowfall but we were able to ski out; however, runs to Town Lift were closed so we were unable to ski in but no problem with the buses and trolley being so easy to navigate. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend as the host and manager were wonderful to work with!

An Unbelievable Property

We take a family vacation every year, usually out west. We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of properties over the years. On this trip we had two of our grown children and their spouses, along with two young grandkids. When we walked into the property we immediately could see the high end construction and décor along with the cleanliness.. It far exceeded anything we have ever stayed in previously. Beautiful floors, cabinetry, appliances (Sub Zero, Wolf/Viking), furniture, fixtures, tv's Sonos sound system, table shuffleboard, hot tub, fire pit-----on and on. In addition, I have never seen a property stocked with all the little (and big), things that make a stay enjoyable. Our favorite area was sitting on the back deck and enjoying the automatic fire pit while drinking a beer and visiting.. The house is a short down hill (steps) from main street. Maybe 5 minutes maximum. The host was very quick on responding. I can't rate this place high enough. Our whole family loved it!
