If you are looking for a blissfully quiet, charming and very romantic experience, this is the place! Everything from our ultra soft bedding and towels to our French Country Decor, has been thoughtfully curated. There are three separate outdoor seating areas. Sparkling clean hot tub with tin roof covering and cabana privacy curtains and firepit is available for unlimited use throughout your stay. Blue tooth speakers are outdoors near the hot tub so you can enjoy your favorite music while you soak or barbeque. The back deck has gorgeous trees with valley views, gets full sun all day and is lovely for sunseekers to bask. Queen size, extraordinarily comfortable bed, with Down comforter, soft sheets and gel memory foam mattress topper in downstairs ensuite retreat with soaking tub. French doors on that level lead to your own covered porch with beautiful tree views. A tin roof lets the rain fall while you watch the storm nice and dry from your rocking chairs! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STAIRS TO THE BEDROOM ON LOWER LEVEL ARE A BIT STEEP BUT HAVE HAND RAILS EITHER SIDE FOR SAFETY. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES.

Our dishes and cookware are high quality and the finishes and details in our little cabin are designed to make you feel like you are staying in your own quaint, boutique hotel. Even in winter, the heater and fireplace make this little cottage as cozy as can be! If you need a peaceful and quiet place to relax and recharge, you will love this amazing retreat. You may also add firewood for your stay for a small fee.

Because of severe allergies there is a $500 fine if you bring them*** The mountains are also home to some or all of the following inhabitants or events: Bugs, bears, snakes, coyotes, squirrels, chipmunks, field mice, skunks, bats, raccoons and birds, bees, ants, snowstorms, blocked roads, power outages caused by weather and at times, high winds. We do not charge extra for them, and no refunds will be issued in the event that you encounter any of these natural residents or events during your visit. Lastly, this cottage and our neighborhood is from the 1930's, which makes it nearly 100 years old and, as with any older home or area, it has quirks and character which we think makes it all the more charming. But, as with any vacation in an unfamiliar setting, your attitude will determine your experience during your stay at our cottage. Please book your stay according to your sense of adventure, appreciation for vintage charm and tolerance of nature and hot or cold weather:)

PLEASE NOTE: This is a self catered property. While we provide outdoor amenities, we do not have staff on property, and outdoor areas may be affected by heavy wind or weather conditions. We provide a leaf blower for guests to use if outdoor areas need tidying upon arrival. Hot tub and deck with firepit and BBQ may be unavailable if we have received heavy snowfall that prevents it from being serviced. Use of the areas may be impractical as it is very slippery when icy. During your stay, please be prepared to shovel if it snows and be very careful on walkways, deck and steps which can be icy. Make sure to bring chains, proper snow boots and attire for very snowy conditions if you book during the winter as our area can get a lot of snow during these months. PLEASE EXPECT THAT THERE MAY BE A SLIGHT DELAY CHECKING IN DURING HOLIDAYS OR EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS.

AWD OR 4WD IS HIGHLLY RECOMMENDED DURING WINTER MONTHS.

A Ring camera has been installed to protect our property when it is vacant. Camera has no view of hot tub or seating areas.
