Compulsory cleaning €150 payable on arrival.
Direct access to the slopes close to the ski school RV. Close to shops and activities.
54m², sleeps 11, 6th floor: 4 bedrooms or closed mountain area + 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath), 2 WCs.

Arrival between 4pm and 7.30pm. Departure no later than 9.30am.

Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, baby equipment (1 high chair + 1 cot), electric roller shutters.
6th floor with lift.

- 1 mountain corner with 2 bunk beds 80x190
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x190 (blind room, no window)
- 1 bedroom at the entrance with 2 bunk beds 80x190 and 1 pull-out bed 80x190 which can be placed at the same level as the lower bed to make a double bed (separate sheets required as there is a ladder).

Great appartement in Risoul Station

Very convenient, close to ski rental shop, very easy access to the slopes, nearby grocery store and restaurants. Would have been happier with a wifi provided though. Overall a great choice.

L'annonce est détaillé et correspond a l'appartement, la situation géographique est parfaite, a quelques minute a minute a pied du centre ville, une alimentation disponible en face du bâtiment, au pied des pistes, bâtiment calme, logements fonctionnels. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjours. Petits bémols : beaucoup de bruits la nuit car des fêtards dans le bâtiments d'a côte.

l'appartement répond parfaitement aux descriptions fournies sur le site. Il est très fonctionnel pour le nombre de personne - nous étions 11 - que ce soit en ce qui concerne l'équipement, le rangement). Un petit bémol pour le casier à ski qui est un peu petit pour y loger l'équivalent en nombre de skis, snows et chaussures. Logement très lumineux : un régal d'assister au lever du soleil sur les sommets. Nous avons apprécié la décoration et la propreté. Situation idéale pour le départ des pistes et des commerces. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et la personne sur place. Les délais de réponse et les informations sont très efficaces. Nous conservons précieusement cette adresse et espérons que nous pourrons revenir profiter de moments très joyeux en famille.

Résidence extrèmement bien situé, au pied des pistes ! Appartement agréable et propre. Les 2 salles de bain étaient un plus ! Cuisine bien équipée et assez de vaisselle pour 10 personnes ! 2 bémols : Quand tous les couchages sont utilisés, plus beaucoup d'espace de passage... Le combiné four/four micro-ondes, difficile à utiliser et pas pratique pour un grand groupe. Je conseille cet appartement !
