Amazing Month on Marco Island at the Gulfview

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1201 was well equipped clean and had an amazing view. Could watch the sun rise in the morning from the balcony and watch it set from the beach.We plan on retuning.

Beautiful view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a smell in the master bath, the knives in the kitchen wouldn’t cut buttter, and I was unable to get a hold of the rental company,and I tried several times.

We had the condo association assess the master bathroom and they could not find any odor at that time The property owner did replace the knife set. I am very sorry to hear that you had a hard time reaching our office. We have two full time receptionists answering incoming calls as quickly as possible. We have a team dedicated to answering emails. We also have a 24/7 answering service. Thank you again for your valued feedback and we look forward to hosting you in the future.
