On the 3rd floor with elevator, P3 renovated of 62m² crossing, comprising a bright and spacious living room with sofa bed 140cm, air conditioning, a TV and wifi overlooking a terrace of 8m² facing south-west with beautiful sea views (Table and chairs). A fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, hob) with a central island. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed 140cm and the other with 2 single beds 90cm and a drawer bed 90cm. A bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. Bicycle room. Furnished and equipped for 6/7 people. Pets not allowed.
50m from the beach, 50m from a small shopping centre (bakery, hairdresser, grocery store, bar, tobacco, butcher’s shop, etc.). 800m from the city center and its shops.

Lit 2 places trop petit et très très mauvaise insonorisation

Le lit 2 places indiqué dans l’annonce à 150 cm faisait à peine 140 cm. Les draps fournis beaucoup trop grands pour ce lit. Nous avons très mal dormi. Seulement 2 draps et 2 taies d’oreillers pour 21€ vraiment trop trop cher. L’apparentement est bien conçu et bien aménagé, manque toutefois 1 ou 2 penderies (inexistantes). Faire très attention à ne pas faire de bruit tout s’entend, déconseillé avec des petits enfants. Emplacement ideal.

Urlaub mit Schönheitsfehlern

Lage der Wohnung sehr gut, Ausstattung gut.(Mir fehlte als Teetrinker ein Wasserkocher und eine Teekanne, es gab auch kein Schneidbrett und auf dem Induktionsherd konnte ich keinen Espresso mit meinem Espressokännchen zubereiten) Der Service der Agentur war mangelhaft. Die Mail, in der uns mitgeteilt wurde ,dass man den Schlüssel für die Wohnung bei der Agentur, 51 Ruhe de Combattants holen musste, wurde uns erst mitgeteilt, als wir schon unterwegs nach Grau waren und kein Internet hatten. Kontakt zur Agentur war erst nach 2Uhr möglich. Wir hatten Hilfe von einer Französin die in der Anlage wohnte und solange anrief, bis abgehoben wurde.Es erfogte auch keine Einweisung in die Wohnung.Wir kamen in die dunkle Wohnung und mussten erst nach dem Sicherungsschalter suchen, da der Strom abgestellt war. es gab auch keine Bedienungsanleitungen für die elektrischen Geräte.Wir schafften durch Versuch und Irrtum die Geräte in Gang zu setzen und hatten so einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wichtig: Man muss den Schlüssel immer dabei haben, selbst wenn man nur den Müll in die Tonne bringt, sonst kommt man nicht mehr ins Haus.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Grau du Roi appartement très bien équipé et très agréable ,avec une très jolie vue sur la mer. Seul petit bémol concernant le propriétaire du dessous qui est monté (alors que nous n'étions pas encore installé) lors de notre arrivé, pour nous signaler que nous faisions trop de bruit, il s'en est suivie dans la semaine des mots pas très agréables affichés sur la porte de notre appartement

Que d'eau!Tant pis. Mais une chose est rédhibitoire : le service de l'agence, clés à prendre à leur adresse (pas de place de parking proche,)100 euros laissés en chèque pour un éventuel ménage mal fait alors que si on désire qu'il soit fait le coût est de 80 euros seulement! Et que dire de la contre visite lors du départ ? Même les contrôles et contrôleurs fiscaux sont plus agréables et plus humains.Où apprend-on la politesse, la courtoisie, la ponctualité ? Si vous savez, indiquez l'adresse à l'agence.

Die Wohnung ist an einer Traumlage, nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt!

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist gut eingerichtet und hat sogar eine Klimaanlage! Das Auto hat auch einen eigenen Parkplatz und die Geschäfte und Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und mit einem Frühstück mit Meerblick beginnt der Urlaub geradewegs.
